But other then that, it was a great product while it lasted. I ended up upgrading it for the Blaze but I do miss the charge from time to time. Definitely was a great buy.

I had the Alta prior to the Charge HR, and it didn't come close to the features and accuracy of the Charge HR. I never wear my expensive watches anymore because I never leave home without my Charge HR.

I will be calling about it since I just got this around December. Otherwise it is great and love knowing what I am stepping along with sleeping everyday.

Love this but have only one complaint

The only disappointment was that the heart rate monitor is not accurate to qualify for certain fitness programs like Go365. Otherwise, this has helped me track and push boundaries that I had been ignoring. Thanks FitBit Charge2!

It keeps me in check and makes sure I get my steps in. I also love the reminder of my daily alarms, along with letting me know who calls when I am working out or on the go. I have always loved fitbit. It gets the job done and seems pretty accurate to me so far.

Great for fitness tracking, but that's about it.

The text notifications you can get feel wonky and broken and I'm not a fan of the scrolling it does across the screen.
