    First Charge 2 received ironically didn't charge! Neither Best Buy or FitBit would address this saying they could look at it and it's under warranty.

    it was working fine till yesterday (03/13/2020), suddenly battery stopped holding charge, Checked with customer care, suggested to put heart rate monitor to auto, still same problem, its getting discharged in 10 mins max. As per customer care noting can be done and offer was 25% off on new products as they stopped making charge2 now Get creative fitbit in forcing ppl to get new device.

    I wish the time would stay on and you didn't have to flip you wrist to see the time. had a flex before so i like having the actual step count visable
