    I have purchased 4 fitbits for my family. With the exception of the first fitbit I bought, the other 3 have been replaced with one problem or another, 2 have been replaced twice. The units worked fine. The issues were with the durabilty of the units themselves. If not for the extended warranty offered by Best Buy, we would have dumped fitbit for some other brand. Thanks Best Buy for your warranty coverage.

    i have a large but the small one doesn't fit so i got the large one and it's too big. I had to make extra holes on the wristband.
