This one is very easy to Use right out of the box. Varies settings in app give great control. Two areas to be aware of. Not a lot of explanation for some advanced settings, mostly trial and error. Because it's not waterproof need to be careful to remember to remove when showering etc... Very comfortable so you forget it's on.

Took about 10 minutes total to get it working, it's comfortable and syncs up easily with my phone and related apps.

I was skeptical about another gadget but using the Fitbit with a app to track food is huge. My husband used it and lost 45 lbs!!! It reminds me to move, gives info on sleep patterns, heart rate and can be tweaked for your needs. It's fun and helpful!

Band would not stay latched after about 7 or 8 months Fitbit handles quickly by sending a new band was very pleased

I am very pleased with my Fitbit charge 2. I have had it for over a year and wear it daily. It has helped me to be mindful of my activity which has assisted me with my weight loss goal. I love the display and it is easy to use.

Used with a smart phone or a PC this is much more than a step counter and a heart rate monitor. Several ways to monitor and record activities, resting and peak heart rates, bar graph of heart rate with heart rate zone indicated, and much more.

I’m very happy with my choice. It’s comfortable to wear and easy to use.

It keeps me motivated to walk every hour and hit my daily steps goal. It also encourages me to get to bed earlier.

This would be my second Fitbit watch, the first had a horrible band which would open every time it came in contact with something. After losing it at the store bought the Charge 2, which has a better band and has the heart rate monitor built in.

HR monitor and step count is good. The app is what makes it worthwhile.

Overall I liked the HR charge and got this one with my geek squad replacement. Recommend the replacement insurance

I had been thinking about buying a fitness tracker for some time. This one had all the features I wanted and even more than I need. Keeps track of my heart rate, steps, and mileage. Also have gotten accustomed to keeping track of my sleep habits

This connects well with my phone, and it records activities in details.

Had the original "Charge HR". The strap came apart and there was no way to replace the strap. Fitbit came up with a new design that will allow interchangeable bands. Good idea! Love this item. It tracks my heart rate, sleep as well as my steps.

I've noticed a huge change in some of my bad habits since I bought the Charge 2. I've been more on top of bad sleeping habits as well as my daily exercise routine. This has been such a motivator to get moving more and fun while challenging others.

Love the feature of the breathing and stopwatch. Battery level is great

What I like most about this FitBit over the others is that it has everything you need (e.g. heart rate, steps, etc), is not too small or too big so it looks like a watch, and has a screen which is more motivation for me to take those extra steps.

I bought the Charge 2 to help keep me on track with getting back into shape. It has all the features I need/want and when using it combined with the app it motivates me to stay active and focused on goals. The only negatives I found are it not being completely waterproof and the bezel seems to scratch pretty easily.
