I love this product, although the HR charge was a little easier to use when it comes to tracking your workout. Idk if I just haven't figured it out yet or if it's just different.

It's very cool all the things it can do, it's motivating, tells you to get up and move, only complaint is it itches a little so need to clean often

I love this watch it has everything I need to keep on top of my daily stats! I love that you can change the bands, love matching my outfits.

Wasn't sure he would use it but now loves it. There are still some apps that need to be set up but tells me everyday how many steps he walked.

I bought this for myself because the band on my old charge was splitting open. I like the FitBit product but the bands seem to ware out and the reason I selected the Charge 2 is the versatility of interchanging the bands. After purchasing the new Charge 2 I notice the quality and durability has improve and now I have the option to change out the bands unlike the old Charge. Great product the versatility of changing the bands makes pleasing to the user, the website and app interface are intuitive and syncs well with iPhone and Virgin Pulse.

Did a lot of research looking for a smart watch/fitness tracker. This device when used with the Fitbit app does everything I wanted and more.

Been wearing a fit bit for almost two years now. Love it. Wish they were water proof for swimming. They are very easy to set up and the dashboard is user friendly.

I have other Fitbit products but like this one the best because of the added features and the color of lavender that matches my Apple Watch.

My new trainer suggested a get the Fitbit Charge 2. Now I can set goals for exercise and daily progress + sleep is easy to track.

I was in the market for a fit bit, I just was not sure of the different ones. I have really enjoyed this one. The long battery life is a huge plus.

There are two things I did not like about the Fitbit - Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate. (1) It was difficult to read while outside in the light. (2) It could not be taken into pool. As a result, I switched to a Fitbit Versa. This model seems much easier to read outside and it can be taken into a pool so I could keep track of swimming activities. The Fitbit Charge 2 would be good for a basic tracker but the Fitbit Versa ended up being my choice.

Lightweight and accurate, I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. It's an alarm clock with several other features besidesuch tracking steps.

This is exactly what he had asked for. It fit him perfectly, no break outs from the band so far and he said the battery life is great.

I like this Fitbit a lot. It is small, and doesn't take up my whole wrist. It keeps me motivated to meet a 10,000 step a day goal.

The automatic counting doesn't really work. It counts everything I do with my hand. Pick up the phone, use keyboard, talk with my hands, while driving, you name it. It does great when used during particular exercise sessions, but don't bother paying attention to the total for the day. Yes, I used Drive Bit to help with driving issues, but I found it's only useful if you use it "manually". I like the reminders to get up and move. All in all, it's a good kick in the butt and can be helpful if you don't fall for the random counting.
