I have used several other devices and they have all been helpful but this has been far better that what I have used before (several different Jawbone trackers, used my smartphone). Love the app. Looks better than most that I have seen too.

Haven't been able to use it to its full potential yet, but when I have been working out it is great. Also, I love the sleep tracking functionality, it really opens your eyes to how well you slept. Also, I like the challenges with friends and co-workers.

I enjoy my fitbit charger 2. I've had other brands, but they don't compare.

A decent fitness tracker that is fairly easy to use with good battery performance. The only caveat is that syncing is a constant challenge with my Samsung S7 Galaxy phone, often requiring new bluetooth pairing and unpairing and fairly constant tweaking.

Nice watch great way to keep track of your workout and compete with others.

My wife loves her fit bit. she is constantly looking at her number of steps and works to hit her goals. So many people seem to have these that if she's in a meeting for too long, several fitbit'ss start buzzing and people get up and walk around the room.

I thought a long time about about a fitness band. I decided to get this one because of the affordability and it was purple! It does what I need it to in terms of keeping track of my steps and telling me to move when I have been sitting too long. Great buy.

I had an original Fitbit HR and although I liked the device I needed to recharge it almost every day. Eventually the band broke so I bought the HR2 and couldn't be happier. It not only has additional features I don't need to recharge it more than once a week!

I am satisfied with this purchase. I got an Alta HR for my wife and a Charge2 for myself. Helps me with steps and heart rate and also to be in a group with friends to challenge each other. Battery lasts 4-5days. Don’t think, Just buy it!!!

From what I read online, I was very confident about buying this fitness watch. It's very easy to set up and is not confusing at all (even for those that are not tech savvy). The step counter and BPM is the main focus of this tracker. The BPM seems to measured very accurately. I've used it while working out and the BPM reader on the treadmill and BPM on the fitbit were reading within +/- 5 bpm of each other. The step counter on the other hand is a little off it seems. Sometimes I look at the watch while walking and it's not moving. I'll wait til the screen turns off and check it again and see it hasn't increased at all. Sometimes though I will see the steps go up with no problem. It's a good estimate on how far you've walked during the day and how much you should keep on going. The smart watch function to show incoming texts and calls is cool. It was an added bonus I didn't even know existed on this (it really wasn't a reason I was going to buy this). I would definitely recommend this to someone looking specifically for a fitness tracker, but I would also look to a higher end one that acts as a smartwatch too if you want extra features.

I have been using Fitbit for years, first the Flex, then the Charge. I moved up to the Charge 2 to give me additional information, my heart rate. Using my Fitbit encourages me to be more active throughout the day and helps me monitor what I eat and drink.

Does a great job of keeping you motivated and the friend challenging helps

The Fitbit Carge 2 activity tracker is great. I love that it can be charged. Mine needs to be charged once a week. I particularly like the app and logging food is so easy. You can either scan the barcode or search. I am loving this Fitbit.

Great features but not anything new. Not fully waterproof only resistant. Works well when it does but better have an extended warranty. This is my fifth product from Fitbit and none have lasted at least 2years. Better safe than sorry. BestBuy does not offer warranty so must purchase from manufacturer.

I absolutely love my Charge 2. The only downside is the band has broken on me 3 times. After further research after purchase, I've learned that this is a common problem. I originally purchased this item in October 2016, and now here in July 2017 I'm on my 3rd. I did purchase the replacement plan through Best Buy each time.
