I purchased the original Charge and thought it was great other than quality issues. I then decided to get the upgraded version and I am enjoying the new screen features for when i workout or cycling it very easy to check my heart rate and intensity.

My husband and I Love the watch. Its cool to see how many steps we actually walk per day and becomes a race between him and me Lol! I also Love the fact it tells you when your heart rate is in ideal rates for fat burning or when doing cardio.

I love being able to track so many aspects of my daily and nightly life. This Fitbit has helped me adjust my sleep, get off my rear end and exercise, and make health goals. I love it.

I got this fitbit because I accidentally got in a pool with my last one. They are not waterproof. This one works fine, it is a lot easier to read, even in sunlight. so far so good.

The product is quite good. It does what it is expected to do most of the times. I have found two issues though. First of all, when you are in a grocery store and pushing a cart the device will not record steps. I guess you need to push the cart with one hand, and use your arm with the Fitbit "naturally" as if you were walking without a cart. The solution is to remove the device from the wrist and put it in your pocket. The second issue I noticed is that once I had it in my pocket as a simple pedometer. When I picked it up holding just the wristband with my fingers and without touching the main sensor, the device was showing a heart rate. Although this is not a medical device, it makes me wonder if the heart rate reported while wearing it properly is even close to accurate.

I love the fact that there is no data lock-in. You can export your data and there is a good API. I find that my MIO Alpha is more accurate for heart rate during exercise. I like the sleep tracking. I love the step goal broken down by hour.

Charger 2 is easy to use but hard for someone in their 80's to set up on a computer and cell phone. We took it to the Geek squad and they set it up for me. Otherwise, this is a good idea for someone who spends too much time in the recliner chair.

My wife bought this to replace an older version and loves it. It provides a great overview of her activity and helps her set and attain daily goals. She is very happy with it.

Very excited to receive the Fitbit.But, disappointed in the difficulty I experienced in the set-up. We needed to purchase an additional Dongle to use with our laptop. I still have issues with syncing each day. I'm hopeful it can be resolved.

heart rate monitor seems fairly accurate as it matches stationary bike and polar strap reading within 10% or so. Step counter also matches that produced by mobile phone app.

I love my fitbit. Ithe has motivated me and caused me to have the desire to work out and to maintain my dietary goals as well as my fitness goals. Wouldn't want to ever be without it !!

Still learning about all the great things this watch does! I LOVE the notifications in particular. Down side: battery doesn't last but 2-3 days. Can't always see the time unless you hit it and at night the light comes on when you are asleep.

I tried a few trackers before deciding on this one. What I like is how light it is on my wrist. Very easy to use. I like that it vibrates to motivate you to get up and move around.

I'm glad they redesigned the charging station. We went through 3 others due to the little metal part breaking. Hopefully the redesign will be a big improvement. We love our fitbits.

I just love my Fitbit, and it definitely motivates me every day! Although I have an Apple Watch, is my Firbit that I rely on to accurately track my steps every day!

My girlfriend is happy with this fitbit. Better than previous model.

My wife was looking for a fitbit that would not only keep track of her.steps but one.that.also keeps track of stairs climbed . She is very happy with it.it's everything she wants and more
