Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The Fitbit is the ideal wearable fitness tracker. It is light weight and goes well with any outfit for the gym, work, or outing. While I bought the large, I am really a small or medium, but because the strap has so many holes for adjusting it fits perfectly. I wear the Fitbit everyday and often to bed to track sleep. I especially like to track how many steps taken, how many stairs climbed and calories burned. All this information keeps me moving and taking better care of my health and well being. It is also a handy watch and date minder that is easier to access than my phone for these purposes. Love the Fitbit!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas (I have an Alta and love it!) Too soon to tell just how much he will love it, but so far so good. This is the only thing he really wanted for Christmas so he's very pleased. He works out daily and it's important for him to track his heart rate.

I received as a Christmas present and have had it for 16 months now. I am very happy with it even though I have had some issues with it. I had the screen get a crack in it (only thing could figure out was the heat as I never hit it, but was walking in the direct sun on a hot day for 2 hours. I also had the band start breaking apart where it connects to the device (I am a heavy sweater & wear it all the time, only time I take it off is to shower & charge). However, their customer service is extremely easy to work with. They replaced the device when that cracked & they replaced the band even though when I finally had a chance to go thru the steps to contact them it was past the 1st year. I like being able to monitor how much & type of sleep I am getting each night & my heart rate as well as my fitness.

Yes, it's a step counter. But it's so much more. Tracking my sleep has helped me take steps to sleep better and longer, and I've noticed a big difference in energy and mood. The heart rate monitor has helped me prevent anxiety/panic attacks. I track my water every day, and food sometimes. It's easy to set and edit my goals. Because I utilize all of the tools this FitBit has to offer, and because I've made my health a priority, I've seen pounds shed. Plus, it was amazing to see how much I accomplished on a recent trip to NYC!! The watch itself is well made. It's not officially water proof, but I've accidentally gotten mine wet for a moment and it is fine.

I love my fitbit watch. I have worn it all over the world and enjoy seeing the amount of miles and physical exercise it tracks and rewards! The watch works great. Just recently the band has been falling away from the watch. I catch it each time. I guess it its time to get a new band.

Love my Fitbit Charge. Like how I can switch the bands. The different settings work well with what I use it for. Steps, different workout functions, heart rate. Only bummer is that it has to be connected to phone for gps tracking to function accurately. Totally recommend this product.

The Charge 2 is my first Fitbit and I think it was a very good beginning watch for myself. It has everything you need to get yourself up and moving to better fitness. Being an office cube dweller I needed some reason just to get up and get going. Easy to setup and easy to understand.

I primarily use the Fitbit for tracking steps for a wellness program through work. My wife and I both have Fitbit Charge HR's that we bought around Christmas 2015. Her's fell apart after about 9 months. Mine still works, but the screen has gotten very scratched. So for Christmas 2016 we both got the newer Charge 2's. Now that we've been using them for over 3 months, I can say that they're a little bigger than the original Charge HR's, which I don't like... but the battery life is much MUCH better, which I do. The screen size while larger, does appear to be more scratch resistant than the earlier model. While I primarily use it as a step counter, I do like the activity monitor, where it prompts you to take some steps every hour. If both our Fitbits last over a year, then they will be a vast improvement over the previous model.

Excellent product. I recharge it maybe once a week. It can track elliptical workouts, which is a plus because the previous charge did not have a way to track it. The text notifications are very helpful as well. You are able to look at messages received. It displays them on a single line and runs across the screen. The heart rate monitor has been accurate so far at a resting position when compared to a manual count or pulse oximeter with a HR reader. I have not been able to test accuracy during strenuous exercise however. Overall I recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness tracker or entry level smart watch that performs basic smart watch functions.

Great Product Easy to set up if you have a Bluetooth enabled device however for older people like myself who are not up to date with our technology it would be nice if Fitbit would include a everything you need to set up this device. I had to call and request the dongle needed to synch my fitbit with my computer. My daughter set it up using her smart phone.

This is the first Fitbit that I've ever owned and it's been excellent. Easy to sync with my iPhone and easy to use. Keeps track of everything using the health app, but also tells me the time, text messages and phone calls. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to buy a Fitbit.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENTS I'VE EVER MADE AS OF LATE. I THOUGHT I WOULDN'T GET USED TO IT OR THAT I WOULD NEVER USE IT, BUT IT DOES GET ME MOVING AND OUT OF MY CHAIR. I LIKE THE FACT THAT AFTER A LONG DAY OF WORK ONE CAN STILL SEE HOW MUCH YOU'VE MOVED AND EXERCISED!!!

I picked up the Fitbit Charge 2 to monitor my heart while sleeping and during activities in the day time. My daughter suggested I get it as I was trying to find something that would monitor my heart beat. The Fitbit Charge 2 is excellent at monitoring my heart and has shown me that my heart does not beat slower than thought while sleeping. It has also trained me to walk and exercise more now that I know that my heart is not as bad as I thought it might be. If the weather ever warms up I will be walking with my dog and trying to keep above the 10,000 steps a day, and have my heart more in the cardio level. I am very glad I have it.

This Fitbit Charge is the way to go if you want to keep up with your daily activity. The battery stays charged for a really long time. I'm talking like2 or 3 days. It tracks everything, and the more information that you add to it with the app makes it that much more enjoyable.

Bought this for my wife to replace her original. She loves it! To see multiple things on the screen is much better than scrolling through it one by one. Keeping just about the same size is also great cause it doesn’t look so huge on her petite wrist. A definite must by upgrade.
