My husband is retired and the fitbit lets him know when he needs exercise. He also loves being able to keep track of his sleep.

overall this product has worked great. Really like the sleep feature on it, as I have a back issue that prevents me from sleeping well I like knowing exactly how much sleep I have been getting.

I've become more motivated since getting my Fitbit. I like the little pulse reminders it gives you to move and I also like the sleep feature.

The fitbit worked perfectly but I found it very uncomfortable to wear. I wish that they could make a version that laid flatter on the wrist.

I've had Fit bit in past. I did not like it because battery did not last. The battery last 3-4 days. I could possible go 5 days.

Tracking steps has made me keep moving throughout the day. I already feel more energy, and I can see where it will help me loose weight.

The watch works great, however, this us my third charge watch. The rubber around the watch face loosens and dirt gets underneath it. Highly suggest the warranty for easy exchanges.

The HR2 is a must have it helps you stay fit and the caller id helps me be professional at work since I am not always reaching for the phone.
