Resistant and accurate. I loved it from day one, a bigger screen would be nice but it is Packed with lots of features

This device helps keep track of several things and with that the motivation kicks in to try and exceed your daily goals.

Great step counter, sleep tracker(although slightly uncomfortable to sleep in), and heart rate monitor; text visibility is a plus. Wish there was a mode to track biking calorie burn

I had the Alta model for less than a week and its blue-tooth connection failed. So far, no problems with the Charge 2-- and it has many added features for the same price.
