I have had the Fitbit Charge 2 for 16 months now. It gets a lot of abuse from dirt and sweat. Sure wish it was water proof though

I've had a Fitbit Zip for a about a year and a half and finally ended up losing it (had it replaced twice for failures). Had thought about some of the wrist band ones but reviews showed the bands frequently broke and the bands were not replaceable. Saw the Charge 2 does have replaceable bands and it has all the features I wanted so I picked one up. So far it's worked great, no problems syncing (which was another huge problem with the Zip).
