    I bought this to upgrade from the FitBIt One that I had for over a year. When I first put it on after fully charging the battery it worked great and tracked every step I was taking automatically. I could even raise my arm up and see that it was showing the steps every time I moved my feet. Then 2 weeks later FitBit Company did a Firmware update and it quit showing all the steps I was taking. I sent it back to them after several times emailing and got a new one from FitBIt and it still doesn't work any better. I reactivated my FItbIt One to see what the difference was and it is very different. The ONe actually tracks every single step and in order for those to go into the Charge 2 I have to sync them both with the FItbit App.
