    This was an impulse purchase. Love it, it keeps me motivated. It has alarms that let you know when you need to move around. Sometimes, when you work a desk job and long hours, you don't realize how little exercise that you get. There are so many features to this that I haven't made it through all of them. I do like it and think that I am more aware of getting up and moving!
