It's great that there are options to change out the bands so you can match it for different outfits. Haven't had to deal with Fitbit's customer service on this fitbit but have dealt with them on others and they are very accommodating. Definitely recommend Fitbit for those who want to track their daily progress.

Best exercise and diet tracker

It is tracking and motivating me to reach my BMR rate. Jane gone from 265 down to 245 in the 2 mos I have used it great data gathering an info to let me know my parameter I set for my exercise and weight loss goals. Wife just purchased ultra. 5ive star rating if you use it and trust the data.
