Fairly Accurate, but some limitations

Sleep stats are very interesting to view and it does a good job of detecting active exercise. Tracking flights of stairs is not very accurate since it relies on changes in air pressure and it takes about a 10 foot elevation gain for it to register. Most residential homes are 8-9 feet per story, so it often does not record every time you go up a flight of stairs.
