I had the older version of the Fitbit charge and love the changes they've made. My favorite is the bluetooth connection to my phone that notifies me of incoming phone calls and texts on the Fitbit, showing the text or caller on the watch. I also like that the amount of battery charge is now one of the menu items to scroll to on the watch.

I purchased my charge 2 after some health issues. It has really helped me to focus on my health goals. I have lost weight and I am in better health than I have been in months. I can only expect that i will continue to improve. I highly recommend this product. I gave my son one for his birthday- a great gift for someone you care about.

I knock off 2 points because the band detaches from the display without warning. This occurred on both Charge 2’s we purchased. I will say that we know several people who have not had this issue with theirs. We prefer the Fitbit brand but went with another because of this. We recommend Fitbit but maybe not this model

Great once you get it setup. I had major issues getting it setup tried iPhone, iPad, android phone, and windows pc and still had issues. Once I was able to set it up I love it. I have had a few issues with connecting after initial set up but I think that was due to iPhone Bluetooth issues by having too many devices connected at once. Fitbit app is great and I can connect it with my health insurance incentive program at work too.

Love my purchase. Really helped me to step up my walking.

Not being waterproof is the only negative I can think of.

I love the fitbit charge 2 . There's only one problem if you don't take good care of it the screen scratches very easily. I wish they was to invent a small screen protector for this products.

I really like the features of this device. It encourages me to be more active. Encourages & helps me to consume water. It is always interesting to see the sleep pattern. On the other hand, I wish battery life was longer before charge is needed. Also, wish it would allow me to set up more than one notification. Overall, I give it an 8 out of 10.
