They r good for the really active people but I like to walk so really for me this is 10 times overkill. Way more than what I need but for features, it does alot n I can c would be a great piece for the health enthusiast

Best Xmas present

I also love the tracker bc it really tells you how lazy you are one day to the next. The hourly reminder to get up and when to wind down dos I can hit my target sleep times also is helping me on my task to become healthier.

a solid fit tracker to replace my old one

When it finally died on me, I am happy to say I found a worthy replacement that pairs and updates so much more easily with my mobile device. My only problem is that the battery life could be longer. I have to charge it about once every 8-10 days.
