I love that when you simply turn your wrist to face you, it lights up revealing whatever you set up as your "home". I love relax mode. I love that this really motivates you to get off your butt & move. I love tracking your food & water thru the app, to optimize your diet. I LOVE THIS FITBIT!!

With the daily log on the device and dashboard reports on my smart phone,I am logging greater distances with more effective exercise.
