My first Fitbit after two years without (after my old one broke). The materials seem more sturdy. It has a much better charging system (hopefully not having to take it apart to charge it will help it last longer). I like the increased amount of data you can get on the device itself. And they’ve improved the app and online interfaces. We’ll see how it holds up over time.

My wife wanted one of these and wouldn’t be persuaded about FitBit’s design faults. Now, after only about 6 months, the band came loose from the watch. Every FitBit i’ve owned has either fallen apart or fallen off my wrist in less than a year.

Nicely upgraded Fitbit compared to old ones! Hopefully last longer than old ones.

Got this for Christmas. Love it!! Don't know how it tracks sleep but, it's awesome!!

Night sleep tracking is great. and motivating to walk every few hours is wonderful.

It is more reliable at tracking steps while pushing strollers and shopping carts.

My old Charge HR broke after 16 months of use. This new version looks better and reminds me to get moving. The strap is more watch-like and easier to put on than the Alta (I returned the Alta for this reason, and because it doesn't track stairs). I have seen complaints about incorrect heart rates, but this not something that is particularly important for me, so I am happy with my purchase.

The fitbit charge 2 is great, I dont give it a 5 just because it is not waterproof.

Its a good product with decent battery life. I would recommend this for daily usage.

My wife has the same one, and LOVES it. I didn't like that the instructions say to thoroughly dry it if it gets wet (guess we're not allowed to sweat during exercise), and to keep it loose whennot exercising, but to put it 3 fingers up (towards your shoulder) from your wrist bone while exercising. Once I started sweating, it started sliding down my wrist, no matter how loose or tight I made the band. My screen was VERY unresponsive, compare to my wife's, and although the app was fantastic, on the phone itself, it ALWAYS starts out in "RUNNING", which I NEVER do...I'm a cyclist, which is last on the menu, and since my screen was unresponsive, I gave up and returned it. They REALLY need to up their game to compete with the new Apple 3 Watch. which IS waterproof..I owned the BLAZE first, and had to return that because of it CONSTANTLY losing bluetooth connectivity.

Like the Fitbit, it makes you aware of your daily activity so yo can plan changes.

I am thrilled with my purchase and the things that the Charge2 can do. It can measure exercise on my elliptical which is great and you can log food intake easily. I had some problems with it tracking properly after 5 weeks and the customer service at FitBit is first rate and they sent me a new unit promptly,
