    Problems keeping the Bluetooth to stay synchronized with the Fitbit. Called Fitbit twice and I am now returning the product to Fitbit for repair or replacement. Came at a very inconvenient time since I am going on vacation and wanted to track my steps. I also find the band too thick to go into the loop. Received a return label from Fitbit today. Item is only 1 week old.

    I bought a fitbit for my dad, but when I got it, it was damaged and broken. So I returned it for a new one, since it was an old model, I decided to get this new fitbit that came out. It ended up being less than the old model I payed for, so worth it. He loves the firbit Charge and wears it all the time.

    First off, I used to get a rash from the older Fitbit. I have worn my new Fitbit continuously and take it off to recharge it. I have not broken out in over a month. The display is much better. There are more options instead of the old work out. Now there is running, weightlifting,treadmill for examples.

    Since the Charge 2 has a heart rate monitor, it is supposed to be more accurate for calories burned. However, it is not as accurate at counting steps as a hip-worn tracker. Also, I wish elliptical mode let me enter the distance my elliptical said I travelled, Charge 2 only records about half the distance.
