I upgraded from the Fitbit Charge HR and I love it. The tracking is pretty accurate. It's easy to keep track of calorie intake, exercise and steps. I actually went out and bought some for my parents and they love them too!

I wear my Fitbit almost 24 hours a day. I have noticed that I have started exercising more. Also it is helping me in organizing my sleep patterns so that I am getting more rest. I would give this product a great rating.

Loved it but after 10 months the wristband broke. Having purchased the protection plan Best Buy offered to replace the whole product (even though just the wristband could have been replaced). I was even able to upgrade to a newer Fitbit model for almost the same price. Great service!

Since I brought my Fitbit I've used it to encourage me get from my desk in a regular bases as well as to monitor and keep track of my steps. its a great product for some one that likes the app xtra help getting into fitness

I like it because it is small, looks good, It does more than I anticipated such as notify me of a call or text. One thing it does not accurately do is count the steps when you are pushing a shopping cart.

Excellent at pushing me to walk more each day. Setup with iPhone 7 was super easy. I bought my mother in law one and setup was difficult with her Samsung galaxy 8. Get help from Best Buy if you gave s droid.

I had the Charge HR and decided to try the Charge 2 because of the added convenience of receiving text messages. It has been a plus although the full text is not always received. I also like the added reminder to get moving.

The Charge 2 is everything I expected. Fitbit did a wonderful job with this tracker and it successfully won me back from Apple Watch. Easy setup, very interactive, great price points and overall the answer to fitness tracking

I wanted a pink band, they didn't have in pink so I returned.

If you don't want to pitch out a bundle of $$ on a smart watch , this is the way to go! It's just the right size and provides you quick text, time and step info. Plus, you can challenge your friends to "step contests."

Love this product, recently had to purchase a new one since my last device was no longer working due to wear and tear. Decided to get this model do to the fact that it is not bulky. Very easy to setup and get started.

The first Vizio TV we purchased had connections problems. The picture would go on and off after the television was on for an hour. After exchanging it the second TV works fine. The store clerk told me that the products are no longer tested at the factory before shipping--so lemons do happen.

The multiple bands are what sold me initially. Changing them are a bit of a pain but once I get used to it I expect it will be easier. The data is great to have, particularly on my sleep pattern. It seems to have a delay posting to my iPad (sometimes half a day) but overall a very good buy.

Bit of a learning curve, switching from an Alta to a Charge, but I am getting there. Positives - more info on wrist and on the app Negatives (kind of) - fits kind of oddly on my wrist, probably because you're supposed to have it a finger width or two from the actual joint.

Web site is a little difficult to navigate. But got it done.

I love my fitbits! I love that they are both fitness trackers and watches and are stylish too. The Charge2 provides reminders to get up and get moving, has alarm features, and also guides you through relaxation. I love it.

Large size is a good size for a man- tried it for myself and would definitely get a medium. during holiday parties became annoying but useful that he was buzzed to get up and move- so it works and did get him up and around

This is my second one I have purchased. The first finally wore out. The new one has more detail information. What I really like is it tells me it is time to walk and exercise a gentle reminder to be active.

I was very pleased with the service and the selection at Best Buy when I purchased my Fitbit Charge 2 device. The purchase went very smoothly and the salesman who took care of me was efficient and personable.

Most features work but there is still work to be done. Stairs do not work and the fit bit struggles to determine how many steps you have taken. The fit bit can map your route with GPS but still gets distance walked wrong?
