I had the original Charge for a while. I like the buckle vs. pin fastener. The software is faster and somewhat more reliable. This is my first time with the HR monitor -- it's all right. Touch screen is nicer, smoother. The price is a little too much for this, though.

This is a great upgrade from my Charge HR. I especially like the interchangeable bands. Also seems much more durable than the Charge HR, which I had to replace twice because they came apart.

I love my Fitbit because the constant reminders to get up and move really help me when I get busy at work and really loving the call and text notifications as well. Don't go anywhere without my Fitbit.

I would recommend a fitbit in general, any kind, to anyone. It is amazing and their customer service is great! I've been a Fitbit customer for a couple years now and I would always give a good review!

Fitbit is a great fitness tracker. The application is simple to use. Best part about this tracker is display functionality, sleep measurement and guided breathing. I highly recommend it.

The Fitbit does what it was advertised to do and does it well. Should have probably gone with something more functional and it would have gotten more use. The charging cradle is a pain. I would only recommend this if you want only a fitness tracker.

I purchased it for my wife.She is absolutely crazy about the Fitbit Charge 2.All of her workmates are crazy about it too.That says quite a lot.It lives up to it's reputation.It's fit for the task.

I love this item. It has caused me to move more throughout the day. I normally sit most of the day at my job. The reminder and feedback that fitbit provides has allowed me to make healthy changes.

I am a first time FITBIT user and expected accuracy; however there are times when I am moving my arm to type or comb my daughter's hair and notice it is counting steps and I'm not actively moving. I not really aware how many steps I'm taking due to the inaccuracy.

Fits well. Have it paired with my phone to get updates and review the week. Love the ability to connect with friends for weekly challenges as well. Great way for starting to be more active.

This is a replacement for an earlier Fitbit HR that had failed almost 18 months of use. So far this unit is working well except the screen due to it's oblong length gets caught on objects from time to time. This unit is still a great wear and functions well.

Wearable tech that helps monitor and encourage fitness. Fitbit is the premier tracker on the market and in combination with the app on your phone gets you going. Skip all others and get this Fitbit.

The best product ever, the OLED screen is the best thing ever and it scrolls so fast and the smart tracking for any exercising is the best thing I've ever seen in my life. I love Fitbit brand so much.

My favorite part about this Fitbit is the updated sleep tracker. It accurately depicts levels of sleep and how long you were in each stage. I love Fitbit trackers and the app is helpful as well

Good tracker for normal activities. I thought it would react to change in heart rate quicker. During HIIT training it would go blank during times of peak HR and not come back until was cooling down for a couple minutes. Returned to store will go back to polar.

Having a raffle at work and who doesnt need a fitbit. Best buy gave me the option to purchase the two fitbits with a gift receipt so the winner could get the color and size they needed.

I actually purchased it as a gift for my sister-in-law and she loves every feature it has.. the only issue she reported was that the screen is not more protected.. but overall, amazing product.

So far I have enjoyed my Fitbit. It tracks decently well and is comfortable, not as bulky as some watches I have owned. I’m interested in seeing how it holds up as I wear it every day.

The Charge 2 is a great expansion of the original Charge. Includes additional features of hourly prompts to move, and calendar alerts and text message alerts were added to the phone call notifications.

Christmas gift for 1st year collage student. So far he's happy. Does everything he wanted, but not much use so far while on break. Next few months will tell. Purchase process thru Best Buy was great.
