My boyfriend purchased this to replace the last Fitbit he had. This was an upgrade. Hope it lasts longer. The last one started coming apart within a year. This one appears to be made better. Crossing fingers.

I up graded from a Flex to the Charge 2 and really enjoy the Charge 2.. Was wearing a flex and a watch now only need the Charge 2. There are a variety of bands available. Very happy with tracker

Love everything about my charge 2. Love that you can track calories & water intake. Love the ability to track exercise & see how much effort you've given (or not). As comfortable as wearing a watch.

This item has been extremely useful In my fitness journey. It reminds me to move, keeps track of my sleep, calorie intake, weight lose goals. All in all it's a great way to track your journey. I recommend this to anyone who wants a reminder to keep moving

Until the recent fitbit 3 release, this was imho the best overall value in the fitbit line. I held off on wearable fitness gear for years, but this device made me a believer.

Helps maintain consistent habits, or at least you know you aren’t being consistent with, excercise, diet, and sleep if not. Great for accountability if you want to watch yourself.

Bought this for my wife for her birthday. She does like the fact that it tracks the amount of water intake for the day but she is not a fan of the fact that the steps counter is not accurate. We don't believe that it calculates steps and/or stair correctly.

If you haven't gotten a Fitbit yet, yiu definitely need to. It's such a motivating tool to get if you're interested in becoming more fit. I love joining weekly challenges w/ family and friends.

I went for the Fitbit charge because it was the same price as the regular Fitbit. And they already had the color I wanted in store. I am looking to shed a few pounds and I love the quirky little motivation vibrates it gives off to remind me to keep it up!

This is my 4th Fitbit. I wouldn't buy one without the protection plan. Everyone of my Fitbits have been replaced under the protection plan. Syncs well with my phone and sends me reminders during the day to relax (my favorite part) and when I should go to bed.

Love Fitbit, I have one and I got this one for my mom. She loves it. She likes that the bands are interchangeable and that it tells you to get moving. The bands are a little 'sensitive' I had to replace my mom's previous Fitbit because the band clip broke.

Bought this for my mother for a gift. I had previously owned a charge HR original. That one you needed the large size band. This one is huge on my mother and is even a little large for myself.

Replaced previous device which had a cracked screen. Exchange went smoothy, information verified, defective device exchanged in under 30 minutes... and on the Saturday before Christmas!!

love the fitbit. it has all the features i was looking for. my only issue i had was i was not aware it was not one size fits all. it is sold in large and small so had to swap out sizes.

Purchased for my husband who had a previous model of the FitBit which he lost because the band did not lock. He loves the new product and features, especially because it now has a lock on the band.

Works as advertised. I do most of my exercise in a gym. Need to set activity or it doesn't track. Like the automatic detect feature but that's not for all types. Heart rate tracker is accurate. Works for me. Also fitbit app and desktop help me stay on target.

Purchased the Fitbit Xharge 2 to replace an okder model which I lost when the band broke. The new replacement seems to be an improvement with a better band. Basic fitbit stuff except fir steps oer day which I have yet the figure out how to record.

I am a senior citizen and don't exercise much but have sent my goals and tend to try and meet them at the end of the day. I like that you can read most of the readings on the watch instead of having to go to the app all the time like you do on the HR Alt

Upgrade from a Fitbit Charge HR. It does the same things, just a bit cleaner. I like the new display as it gives more info without having to scroll through the menus. Battery level indicator is good to have. The ability to change bands is also a plus.

I purchased the previous version a week prior and had a coupon. I returned the previous and bought this one. Rather upsetting the $30 coupon I used didn't return to my account as customer service said it would.. So the product is fine, coupon issues not so much.
