The FitBit Track 2 is a great upgrade. Screen is remarkably easy to read and I even get text messages. It is easy to operate and incredibly sturdy. Get one - Don't wait!!!

We have had several types of fitbit... charge, charge2 and 3. Overall a good product. the bands all break over time and we have to get a new one online. Not too bad I suppose

6months old and band broke. Had to spend $50 you get new fitbit since my model was upgraded and no longer available. Not happy to spend 50 bucks because poor quality wrist band

The charge 2 is more accurate with step counting I love the flexibility of things I'm able to do from the charge without having to look at my app from the cell phone

I've been very pleased with the fitbit itself. Not so keen on the Fitbit Connect software on my iMac. Seems a bit unpredictable. I've had to reinstall the software several times because it mysteriously goes away on it's own.

I love that it shows you the battery level on the screen, you don't have to check for it on the phone. I also like the charger; it clamps on and has a longer cord.

I had it for not even a year and the hr sensor was failing also it was very difficult to charge, I had to find the right position for it to charge and sometimes I could wake up to a non charged watch.

My husband loves his new Fitbit. Gives him a lot of information on his journey to getting fit. Only down side is the display is difficult to read with sunglasses on.

I've used Fitbit for a number of years and like what this one does. I don't need a smartwatch and for this price this meets my needs.

Great piece keeps me motivated and on the move I can keep track my daily routine so I know if I need to push harder to get to my goal . Have fun while your doing it I am .

My only problem is getting the new charge to sync like my HR did when I sat at my computer the HR would sync but I have to do it myself now if I want the information

This works just the way it's supposed. I really enjoy how you can customize what appears on the face and how you can sync it across multiple devices. But I really love how it will notify you of an incoming Text or Phone Call.

My wife and I both recently purchased a Fitbit Charge 2. We both like all of the functions that the watch can do. It's a quality item that I would recommend to anyone.

This unit seems to under reporting steps. My wife has a Fitbit and hers is much more generous with steps, even when we walk together. Based on owning another Fitbit previously, I think this one may not be properly calibrated.

The updated Fitbit Charge is awesome, larger display gives more information and keeps me more updated on my daily goals. Interchangeable bands are also a cool plus.

What ever fitness level you are at this is a great asset to add to your health. It helps you be mindful of what your eating and you are physically moving.

My fitbit charge 2 replaced my old Jawbone Up 2 and is a great improvement; lots more functionality and the band stays on and works! Hope it lasts a long time! Thanks!

charged it right away and paired it with my phone. it needed an update which took about 15 mins. but has worked great ever since. interchangeable bands is great and easy

I have been using my Fitbit charge 2 for almost 4 weeks now. I have been able to stay on track with exercise, water and calorie intake. Have lost 4.5 pounds.

Bought it for the wife. It is her second one. She likes it. Does the job well. Not sure how accurate the steps are. Seems to overstate them a bit. Other than that the only issue is the light popping on and off all night long.
