    Had to call in for replacement, but fitbit responded quickly and sent free replacement. Although it took 7 days. This did throw off my momentum using it to be healthier and stay up on my stats since it stopped working in 2nd week. Lost a week of recording.

    Comfortable to wear and sleek looking. The heart rate monitor is touchy, you have to have it on a specific place or else it doesn't read. Also, the step counter is definitely off. If I had to buy again I wouldn't.
