My wife loves it, always counting steps, good battery.

Excellent heart rate monitor and activity tracker. The charge 2 has more features than previous models, and a larger screen. Most of all I like the peak heart rate chart that allows you to set a goal for peak performance.

I had used the Nike+ to track my runs/walks for years, so I never really considered purchasing a Fitbit, as it seemed redundant. Boy was I wrong. There is a world of difference between tracking your "workouts" and tracking your behavior patterns throughout the entire day/week. You simply don't realize how much time you may spend sitting at your desk rather than getting up and moving around. As for the device itself, it is comfortable, easy to use, and associated app and website are both fun and useful. It does a surprisingly good job of tracking your steps/heart -rate-sleeping patterns, as well as proving little reminders throughout the day to encourage you to get up and move. This device has instantly become an integral part of my life.

Larger screen helps for easier read, replaceable strap

Very nice and accurate. Great adjustable watch band. Cons. The plastic lens top scratches too easy. Not very happy about that. For the money the manufacturer should figure that out. Battery life is great

Husband loves his new fitbit. Even tries to beat me on steps each day. Only negative is he doesn't wear it on his wrist cause he doesn't like that, so he carries it in his pocket which seems to work just fine.

The price on the HR Fitbits has gone up steadily. This was my 3rd, as none have lasted longer than 1.5 years before completely dying. At the new price point, and corresponding higher protection plan price - This device was only $35 less than a sale priced Apple Watch Series 1 - with Apple Care. I returned the fitbit - for the Apple Watch. I rated 4 stars - because while I had it - it worked well, and did not break.

Great easy to use was a gift from my daughther love it

Bought this a few days ago. Setup was extremely user friendly. I had a Nike Fuel band about 5 years ago and I am amazed at how far technology has come and all the things this band can do. Love it so far. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 is due to its lack of Water resistance.

I have only had mine for a about a week. So far I really like it. I am trying to get more active. I like that it tracks my heart rate and sleep for me. It comes in handy when talking to the doctors as well. I use it with calorie counting app. It gives me a good overall view of my health.

Excellent watch to watch your steps and heart beat ..

After a little over a year of use, the display on my Charge HR went bonkers and quit being readable. I replaced it with the Charge 2. I like the display and features a bit better on this one. In particular, I like being able to see the status of my battery right on the display without having to consult my dashboard on my PC or tablet. With my Charge HR, I rarely knew if my battery was low until it was so low that it told me it needed recharging. Sometimes this would happen before I went to bed and I couldn't really charge it overnight because I was depending on the silent alarm to wake me up. On the down side, it seems that the silent alarm on this Charge 2 has sometimes failed to vibrate enough to wake me up. I don't know if I have just been sleeping heavier since I got this one or not, but I rarely slept through the alarm on my Charge HR. I've already done it a number of times on my Charge 2. I'm resorting to setting a backup alarm just to make sure I awaken when I want to.

Simple and great features. Battery life is excellent.

This product is very comfortable,stylish and accurate

Liked the original but this model fixes some issues I had with original. My original was falling apart when the latest update killed it. This model has a much better band so no need for superglue to keep it together. Also the clip on the charger cord is great - no more dangling or struggling to keep Fitbit connected to cable.
