My first fit bit broke, But my husband got me the protection plan so I got a new one, even an up grade with nothing out of packet. I like the new fit bit, I have told people to buy it, it helps keep you going. You just want to see how many steps you can get.

I got this Fitbit upgrade for my boyfriend who had a Flex. He says he now feels like Dick Tracy with all of the features it has. He loves the advanced features like seeing step count without checking his phone and also being able to see texts on the Fitbit.

I love keeping track of my steps and activity. Now I can see my sleep patterns and heart rate too. After I was able to sync the Fitbit to my phone I saw a bunch of additional stuff. This will keep me busy for a long time

This has been a great fitness tracker so far. I'm returning to the Fitbit platform after having switched to a Jawbone Up3, which recently broke. I took the Jawbone into Geek Squad for replacement and they recommended this. I'm a runner so the heart rate feature is great. Also, I depend on it to wake me up in the morning without waking my fiancee, and it does that well. Finally, the band is super comfortable. Fitbit has really improved the comfort since their first generation products.

I had the Samsung Gear before this and I absolutely loved everything about it. With the Charge 2 there are things I am not able to do, like change the background, adjust certain settings, see text messages, send text messages, answer phone calls, or even see when my alarm is going off. I don't like the fact you have to tap the screen or push the side button to switch between the displays. It works for tracking my fitness levels and heart rate which is it's main purpose, but I don't absolutely love it at all! I will most likely end up going back to a Samsung product.

Upgraded from my Fitbit One which I have loved. Wanted the heartrate monitoring function - all good so far. Bought a large but might have gotten away with a small.

Had a Charge HR and had a ton of issues with it most significantly short battery life. Fitbit did replace it under warranty but I still was not happy with it. This model is a worthy upgrade. Battery life better and display provides a lot more info like Time, Steps and Heart Rate all at a glance. What stops me from giving it 5 stars is I think the technology still needs improvement. I'm not sure it heart rate is more accurate than the one on the gym treadmilll. If I want to use the treadmill heart monitor which imobilizes your hands the Fitbit doesnt accurately count my steps. Need to put it in my pocket. When I play my guitar because of hand movement I can quickly accumlate 20K steps without getting out of my chair. So I need to remember to take it off when I play.

Much more accurate then the past. Easier to take on and off...better battery life . Like the challenges with the Charge 2 and the reminders to move keep me on my toes

I love my Fitbit Watch because it calculates my steps, it tells me my heart rate and it give me any notification from my phone by text or calls.

The fitbit charge 2 has exceeded my expectations . The fit, style and battery-life are great, the functionality and ease of use make it my new favorite tech toy!

Love the sleep function to track sleeping, and the steps function is a favorite! Figured out the workout and treadmill, running functions finally and love them all!

The Fitbit is a great activity tracking device. The sleep tracker, step tracking etc works quite well. I think the calorie counter is not so accurate. But buy it for it's price when compared to it closest competitor

Love my new Charge 2. Wasn't sure it was worth upgrading, but I am glad I did. Tracks more activities and provides text message and phone notifications, love it!

Best product ever way better than the old charger. I use this for my work out every day and the heart rate monitor is very accurate definitely highly recommend it

I like the display on this one. It's a great motivator by giving you reminders to get moving! The sleep info is my favorite! The features provide awesome info!

I wanted a watch that gave me my heartrate and also kept track of my sleep pattern. The Fitbit Charge HR2 fit the bill perfectly. New design and features are a plus.
