I bought this for my wife when hers and my Fitbit charge HR fell apart. Was a little concerned for this model as the previous model was so poorly made. I was really surprised and design was drastically improved so that you could even change the styles/color of wrist bands. Great for tracking heart rate during workouts if you are inactive at work it will warn you to get up and around. And this model will even show you your entire text message on the display so you don't have to hunt or grab for your phone and interrupt your workout. One of the best fitness trackers on the market.

Great product! Love the continuous heart rate and hourly reminders to walk. Great way to keep me active. Only thing I'm wishing it had was more options for activities like Zumba. But as a whole product I really love it!

Love my FitBit Charge 2. I can see text messages as well as track heart rate, sleep, activity and steps. I love the breathing app that lets me relax and breath.

This Fitbit has so many more features then my previous Flex had. I especially love the heartbeat feature, and how it provides a graph after e.g. a run.

Upgraded my old fitbit to a Fitbit Charge . So far am very pleased. Similar monitoring to fitbit HR with additional functions. . It has much better exercise functions, has Gps connection capabilities and a much better replaceable strap.. the only negative so far is the alarm function which is too soft and quiet to wake me up.

I purchased this Charge II for my wife. She is recovering from a long illness and we thought this would help her keep track of her recovery. She did not like the included band too bulky and hard to take off and on. We purchased an after market band That she really likes. After a month of use the unit started counting several thousand steps when she was setting in her chair. Not Good! The unit was all most 2 weeks out of store return policy, but Best Buy gave us an exchange unit from the store. That is one of the reasons I like to buy from Best Buy. The new unit is working very well and helping my wife with her recovery. The Charge keeps track of a few hundred steps a day as well as long walks or runs. I would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the band.

Purchased mainly to track steps, sleep, and time spent biking. Has more capability than I will take advantage of but meets all of my expectations for what I need.

Accurately keeps up with steps, and all activities. Really helps keep you accountable. It also helps keep you motivated with reminders to move. Great product!!

The only complaint I have about this is that it isn't waterproof, other than that it is perfect. I only have to charge it once a week, and I wear it every day!

Easy setup and sync. Bought to replace my Charge Hr.

Bought the Fitbit for my husband as a present for Valentines Day. Brought it in to the GEEKS to set up, as I received an offer in my Email to do so. Although the man was very nice, he had never seen a Fitbit before. We took it home and went online, as advised, to get instructions. The Fitbit would not work. We returned to Best Buy and we were given another replacement Fitbit. The second Fitbit was a success. My husband enjoys knowing how many steps he walks a day, and it also gives him several other health information. It also gives him the time and he earns "badges" for work well done.

Have been using a Flex for a while and have to say I love the enhanced features that the Charge 2 Offers. Also like that the battery is lasting a lot longer.

This will be my husbands 2nd Fitbit. He has never had a charge. He didn't use his original much and it didn't last. I did not buy from best buy, so I did not have a warranty plan. He will now. I have owned fitbit devices for 4 years. The Charge 2 is my favorite. I now have an Alta that I do not like as much as the Charge 2.

The watch was procured for a family member and the love it. The watch has a sleek view and it accuracy to track events is remarkable. A great buy.

Easy to monitor daily exercise, calorie intake and number of calories burned. Pretty acuurate measure of heart rate. Easy to use. Easy to sync to your iPhone.

I've previously owned a Fitbit Surge. After a few months, I had to have the band replaced as it began breaking and became sharp. This Charge 2 doesn't have the versatility, but it's also $100 cheaper. With that said, I've worn this daily for just over 30 days and the band on the exterior is beginning to break away. This is my 3rd fitbit in 13 months which is breaking or broken, so take that for what you will. Thankfully the band is replaceable on this model. However, I am not excited about the idea of buying a new band every month when the previous one breaks. Function on this is really good and the app is quite helpful. Overall, I'm in on the fence about if I would recommend this. If you wore it only for your workouts, it might be a good companion.

This does everything that I need for a HR and Fitness wristband. I'm able to track my HR during my workouts and web/app interface is pretty easy to use as well.

It fits very comfortable. Love how it tracks my heart rate constantly and monitors my sleep patterns and I'm able to view all this information on my phone.
