I had a Charge and had issues with the band. I like the ability to change bands and the heart rate monitor along with the other features really meet my needs.

The band is much stronger than the last one! Like the larger face and more info on the screen! The battery life is so much stronger!!! Totally worth it!

I bought this FITBIT to begin tracking personal metrics that would help me get in shape, lose weight, and track sleep habits. It's a small, but powerful device, that when coupled to my iPhone becomes a fantastic tool to help me achieve my goals.

I have had a FitBit Zip for the past 6 years. When I seen the FitBit Charge 2, with all the additional features, I knew I had to try one out. I must say that it is a very nice Product with many additional features, including built in battery, sleep quality monitoring, and flights of stairs climbed. The FitBit Charge also functions as a watch with the additional benefit of having notifications from your phone on your device. Great while riding motorcycles. Best Buy order on-line and pick up in store was a wonderful process. Would recommend to anyone to use that process.

I had a FitBit Charge but it died so I went to get another because it was what helped me with my steps while keeping track of my heart beat, sleep & steps.

This is the second Fitbit I have owned. Two years later and it still works. It’s a major improvement over the previous generation.

Fitbit motivates me to move more. It tracks my sleep habits and I enjoy challenges with my friends to see who can get the most steps. I highly recommend it.

Longer lasting batery. Tracks everything and shows heart rate. Alerts are good Informs me to get up and move which is great when you get involved in something

This device works great. The sleep function shows how many times you wake up throughout the night. It is also nice to be able to check your heart rate out.

Just purchased this Activity Tracker. The face is more than twice the size of the tracker it replaced. Easy to use and holds a charge for more than 5 days.

I have used other Fit Bit products in the past and this is a great evolution. great for tracking basic steps to even sleep, heart rate, and more.

The Charge 2 is a vast improvement over the original Charge HR. In the previous model I would run into an issue with the band just wearing to the point where a bubble would show up. Fortunately the folks at FitBit were happy to send a replacement. When the new Charge 2 came out with the replaceable bands, it provided flexibility to change out bands in case I wanted to have a different look, or if one had become damaged. Only improvement i would like to see is the ability to swim with it. I do appreciate that transitioning from one band to the next was pretty painless.

Awesome gift for my wife. Only drawback was finding accurate size on the wristband. I’d like the features and data breakdown on sleep / steps ect

I have had a few different trackers and this is hands down my favorite one. It is easy to use and seems to be the most accurate of the ones I have tried.

I love my Fitbit. I would recommend everyone get one. It has really helped me keep track of my sleep and my steps. I love how small it is. It is perfect.

I have owned the Fitbit Flex and the FitBit Charge. Both of which was I very disappointed in. I had issues with the bands breaking and, although FitBit was willing to give me a replacement, I lost my trust in the product when I went through 3 bands with my Charge in a one-year time span. I actually swore off FitBit products, altogether. However, long story short, ended up with the Charge 2 and so far am impressed. I do like the feature that the band is interchangeable as well. I also love the fact that it syncs to so many products I use and helps keep me on track.

Great Device, seems to be accurate. Unbelievable amount of info. I wish my Samsung cell phone battery lasted as long as the FitBit. 7 says is remarkable.

Set up and connection with my iPhone 7 was simple but working the actual App takes time. The watch like band is somewhat bulky but you do get used to it. Does run long time on one charge.

This is a huge improvement on the Charge HR. I wish it was waterproof or a little slimmer, but it still has many features to make up for lacking those 2.
