Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she raved about it so much I got one for myself. For the price it is the best on the market. Sleep tracking is accurate and HR seems to be within fitbit's margin of error

I had a Fitbit charge HR and when this came out, I had to get it for the added features. If you don't want a smart watch, this is a great line to go with. You have breathing exercises and can personalize the exercises from walking to yoga even riding a bike. It does look like a fitness tracker but isn't nearly as large as a watch. I enjoy the touchscreen and the battery seems to last me around 4 days average. I am a person that does like to upgrade a product when a newer version comes out but I am still getting the features that I like and it is still a great tracker. This is a product that I'm going to keep using until I need to buy a new one.

This new version has more info on the larger screen. They also added a stopwatch , battery meter, and a pause button for tracking the workout. I wear it everyday and so far the battery life last about 4 days.

I have owned three Fitbits prior to getting the HR2 starting with the Fitbit Ultra. The Charge HR 2 resolves a number of problems with the Charge. The band can be replaced on the HR 2 in the event it ever develops the bubbling problem that plagued the original Charge bands. The smart phone integration is very good - especially after the most recent firmware update. The options for multiple activity types that can utilize smart phone GPS services is something people have asked for for years. The Charge HR 2 still isn't water proof but that's not a deal breaker for me.

So far very happy with my Fitbit. It seems accurate, long battery life, and easy to use. My only complaint is I have a small wrist and it's a little bulky but I've changed the band and it looks pretty good.

This is a good mid price unit which fits very nicely. While it does not give you all of the options for various exercises as the highr price models, this is a great unit which is easy to use and accurate.

I like this tracker more then any that I have tried. The band seems thick but after putting it on it doesn't bother me as much when trying to do daily activities. Heart rate monitor is very active as well.

My sister recommended this unit. Tracks my steps, sleep, and stairs. It can track routes that you often take but I did not turn on the GPS, too many “entities” can track my movements already.

I love the charge 2. It's simple to use and the features are more than enough for me. I like that it's not a smart watch and just sticks to the fitness side but it will alert you when you get a call and or text. Although you can shut that off if you like. The heart rate monitor is done right. The get up and move alerts are great for when you are at work. The strap is super comfortable and the charge station is great. Especially compared to other fitbit chargers. If you are looking for a fitness tracker then look no further. Pick it up. You will be happy:-)
