So glad I purchased this product Great tracker and price!! I wish I would have purchases years ago.. long battery life and easy to use

Goes a great job counting steps...Fitbit is by far the best at it...my only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because it is not water resistant so I can't wear it in the shower.

Works great. Love the motivation "get up and walk" hourly reminders. Only downside it does not link with my phone and OS despite the Fitbit website stating it does. So check your app before you buy. Don't trust the website.

This fit bit has great built in features. It's rugged yet is sleek in design. I appreciate the built in watch and connection to my phone.

I love that I can keep track of my heart rate. I also love that I can see my messages when I’m unable to get to my phone.

This is my 4th fitbit tracker and so far the best one. Much more accurate than my last Charge HR. The larger screen is also a nice feature!

I had been a strict Garmin user for the previous 2yrs and decided to get a FitBit and I absolutely love it and will never go back. Only draw back is that I can’t get it wet and have to keep charging it every couple of days.

My charge HR broke and lucky for me I had the protection plan. They didn't have the Charge HR anymore so I had to UPGRADE (I had no idea what a was going to get but I was excited) and grabbed the Charge 2 in plum (they were out of black). The plum color has grown on me and I'm loving it. My favorite thing is the reminder and the movation it gives you by telling you how many steps you need to meet your goal for that hour. I'm really starting to like that I can see my phone calls and text messages on it while in not near my phone.

I bought the fitbit Charge 2 after two chest-belt heart-rate monitors wore out. It is comfortable to wear all the time and I have come to find some usefulness in its recording of steps and sleep time. I do think the heart-rate doesn't respond as well and record as accurately as a chest strap. At times it can be erroneous - going up way too fast at the beginning of exercise and then varying when I hit a long period of aerobic or higher activity. The software is OK and one update already improved it, but the initial information concerning getting it synced with Bluetooth could have been clearer. It lasts 4-5 days on a charge and seems to recharge from say 20% in about an hour.

I had the charge HR. And I can say I love the HR 2. Bigger screen and it easy to change it. A nice upgrade from the regular Fitbit :-)

The watch is good overall and serves the purpose for which it was designed (i.e. a fitness tracker). The downside is that you need to hit the watch face to see stairs climbed, etc. Also, it would be nice to have the time stay on always. Also, it would be good if it had a better battery life.

I like this item. I love how it tracks my sleep and food and water. I mainly use it to track my steps at work and sleep and it works great!

I have found the step and sleep tracking to be very good and it has help me to get more steps in each day and drop a few pounds.

This is the best tracker I have had. I think it is my fourth. The others were all lacking something but this one covers all the bases. I like that I can choose which activities it can automatically monitor. I love that I can get my text messages and call notifications on it - so convenient when I'm working to not pull out my phone. I think it is very simple to use. The only thing is, I measured by wrist and it was definitely not the small, but the large band is almost too big - sometimes I'm using the second last punch hole.

My husband loves!! He loves the battery life, the phone notifications, and all the health notifications, including record his sleep.

This fitbit works great and keeps track of your steps and sleep well. But for me it left burn marks on my wrist after wearing it for a while that wouldn't go away.

The sleep tracking is awesome. My Charge HR let me know when I was asleep and when I'd wake during the night, but the Charge 2 breaks that down even more. Now I can tell if I'm in deep sleep or light or REM sleep . I've now learned that what I do before going to sleep affects my sleep. Don't drink lot the night before results in lots of restless, light sleep. Take a sleeping pill and I have lots of deep sleep with few dreams. Now if I could just convince my Fitbit to lower the scale reading regularly!

Love Fitbit. Very easy to set up. I really like the messaging on the tracker. I also like that I can go about 4 days on a single charge.

My wife went from a smaller Fitbit to this. She wears it every day. She loves the long battery life and notifications.

I love the Fitbit - Charge 2. Turns out it didn’t matter what color band you purchase as there are plenty of secondary bands that are way better for this model. The original band as too bulky and had a giant buckle that can scratch your furniture. And they take like 60 seconds to change!
