This is my first Fitbit so I can't compare it to any other versions or any others. I absolutely love it! The features are great. I love the way it tracks my sleep, takes my pulse, and all that. I love the challenges too. Very motivating!

I bought the Fitbit to get myself moving and help me to improve my sleep habits. I have not been disappointed. If I am too sedentary, it will prompt me to get up and walk around. If I do 10,000 steps in a day, it will reward me with fireworks. The accompanying app is excellent. It monitors all phases of a night's sleep and offers suggestions for improving your night's sleep. It monitors your heart rate and even evaluates the functioning of your heart with a score. It also offers relaxation exercises. It's a great device. I highly recommend it.

This is my first smart watch and I love it. Tracks steps, heartbeat, and sleep. The only negative is that it isn't waterproof but is water resistant.

I purchased this Fitbit Charge 2 to replace an earlier model as a gift for my husband. I had read several consumer reviews to compare different brands, and also talked to the Best Buy sales person who was extremely helpful. This was definitely the right choice. He loves it! Easy to use, does much more than anticipated and has a good design. Perfect for those who want to track exercise, sleep, heart rate and text messages. Decent battery life, so he doesn't have to recharge that often. I would highly recommend the Fitbit Charge 2. It's great!

The Fitbit was everything you'd expect! Sleek, responsive, and user-friendly. While the device won't impress on looks, it is low profile and comfortable on the wrist. The display is bright and easily visible. the Fitbit to be an incredible fitness device, everything is streamlined with a quick glance I can see the time, steps taken, and heart rate. It takes just seconds to set up a workout and scroll the menus. The beauty of Fitbit lies in its simplicity. The Fitbit can also track sleep, and give you an estimate of your cardio fitness score.

Love this product. It is so easy to set up and use. I use the steps and exercise functions but my favorite has to be the sleep and heart rate.

I owned a Jawbone UP3 for over 1 year 1/2, but they went out of business last year. So I did a lot of research on fitness trackers before I finally purchased my Fitbit Charge 2 and I'm very happy with the results. The tracking is very accurate, it has gps so when I walk at the trail it tracks my full route and show me a map, the exact amount of steps & miles I did with that walk, and I love that I can see my steps on the tracker and not having to open the app. It has so many other cool features, like when I get a call or text from my cell phone my tracker notifies me & I can see the number & text verbiage on my screen, voice notifications for every 1 mile I walk, provide on demand heart rate, fat & calories burn, and an alarm. It also has the biggest selection of activities you can choose from walking, running, aerobics, bike riding, yoga, golf, hiking and the list goes on. The actual band was the biggest fear I had, because with Jawbone the band kept slipping off due to the way the band was made with clasp. Fitbit took the time to perfect their band it has a small rubber piece that goes in the band slot and it stays perfect, my band has never fallen off. FYI I purchased my band on 04-28-2017 and I wanted to use it for almost a month so I could give a fair review. Highly recommend

Went swimming with my first FB Charge HR. Didn't work after that. Searched the various reviews for a replacement. Settled for FB Charge - 2 HR. Larger screen, more capability, good battery life, great dashboard, competitive price.

This fitness tracker is my gold standard for fitness trackers. Size of the screen is perfect, it tracks heartbeat and activity, and the app is fun and intuitive to use. Plus, I love that I can get text notifications on my tracker.

The design on my previous Fitbit had an issue that occurred that required me to take advantage of the service contract I purchased at Best Buy. I had to upgrade to this new design and it is much better. Love, love, love it! This one allows changing out the band to options that more appropriately accessorize with dressier clothes. The face of this Fitbit is larger which makes it easier to view, especially when I get notifications where I need to respond. Great accuracy with capturing steps and sleep, Great improvements from older models!

Easy to use. Fairly accurate readings. Nice design. Easy to see display. Still haven't figured out how to keep the band from buckling at the face. At least now it's replaceable unlike the Charge HR.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. It keeps track of her steps per day, how long she sits, how long she sleeps and many other things. She claims it was the best gift I ever gave her

I had bought the Charge HR 1 about 2 years ago, and man I love that product! This version is a huge upgrade, bigger screen and you get to have a wide choice of wristbands to choose! It's accurate and works flawlessly!

Fitbit charge 2 does the job. It's great to track sleep, steps and heart rate during cardio activity. I feel this needs be worn little loose otherwise band will leave marks on the wrist.

I love my Fitbit. I got it to track my heart rate, workouts and steps. It tracks my intake and sleep. I like that it Sachs yo my phone and other apps. My friends and I keep track and challenge me with our Fitbit family

Bought it a few weeks ago, and set it up which didn't take long, I have been wearing it all day and night except when I am showering, I sleep with it on my wrist too, it's really amazing, l love to run and I tell you it breaks down all ur activities, how far u run and if u stop for a break u can pause it and do different exercises, it counts ur steps u can prevent set it to how many steps u want to do each day it notifies u when you reach your goal. It's great I am very happy with it

An excellent monitor if you’re keeping track of your daily activities. It records your heartbeat, number of steps, calories burned, distance traveled, stairs climbed. It even monitors your sleep. Love this gadget!

I wanted to upgrade my old Fitbit, so I bought the Charge. Easy to use and monitor all my runs. Usually can go five days before I have to charge it. Easy functionality and ease of use. Really enjoy this product.

I had the original FitBit and hated it because of all the issues I had with it. So I went with another brand of fitness tracker and when that broke, I decided to look into a FitBit again. I absolutely LOVE the FitBit Charge 2. I can see my heart rate, my activity level, and I get encouragement to complete an average number of steps per hour. The sleep tracking is AMAZING and much better than my last device. The updating is much more efficient and I like that recharging the FitBit takes very little time.

I had a Fitbit Charge for many years. The biggest complaint that I had with the original was that the watch band could not be changed and would bubble. Luckily, FitBit would replace it for free. I went out to buy a fitness tracker for my mother for her birthday and was glad to see that the bands are now replaceable and the new tracker has heart rate sensors (even if they're not exceptionally accurate) I would highly recommend picking one up if you're just getting into the whole fitness tracking craze of monitoring your steps, stairs, and heart rate. The sleeping measurement can be eye opening as well. If there is a con it is that they are not exceptionally water resistant so one has to take care with them.
