My wife loves this. She had a generic tracker that was not accurate. This plus the mobile app provides a wealth of information. The badges that are awarded via the app encourage her to keep up with her goals.

Good battery life. Fairly versatile for a basic tracker. Heart rate tracker appears to be fairly accurate. Great value for price.

I got this item as a warranty replacement for my original Fitbit Chage HR and its an improvement from the gen 1 model in every way. Better & larger screen, aluminum construction and replaceable bands with a way better clasp (watch style). I never had a problem with the previous tracker and this maintains those standards. Like most fitness bands the heart rate monitor is a bit off but it keeps it in the ballpark. Its a nice buy for recreational runners but the hardcore runners will stick to the more advanced GPS watches and strap on heart rate monitors. If your looking for a little motivation this will get you on the right track.

I love how it tracks my sleeping. I am always tired and now I know why. It also seems very accurate with my steps.

The Charge 2 is cool. It shows your heart rate and steps among other things. Fastening the band isn't very smooth and the price is a little high, but the watch itself is great.

My wife's old fitbit had worn out and she wanted something new but without the prior issues. The Fitbit Charge 2 improved both the form and function of the previous version making a good tracker even better.

I bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas so I have not opened it or used it yet. I wish I could give a better review but I can say the ordering process was very easy and it shipped very quickly.

First, i'd like to say that Best Buy has Great Service! My purchase was really great! I got to surprise my mom for mother's day & got her a fitbit charge 2 watch & she loves it , with the interchangeable bands; she first had a charge HR and it's a very big difference! Also I got to get me a fitbit for first time ; the charge 2 & I love it as well. The movies & cd we got also was very good too.

Great update to the original model. Bigger screen and replaceable bands. They even kept the battery life as good as the first.

Got ones for my wife and I and it does what it needs to which is makes sure that we keep active for the duration of the day. Hitting step count, floor count, miles count, active hours, calories burned, sleep, water intake. Pretty good. Heart rate monitor seems pretty accurate as well compared to a couple of different heart monitor devices. I'm not totally sure about the calorie burn calculation, seems a tad on the high side for me (but it does make me feel better).

I also have a fitbit blaze, but when my wife bought me a watch for my anniversary, I still wanted to be able to track my activity. I like the durability of the band, and the fitbit charge 2 functions well.

I love my Fitbit Charge 2 Activity Tracker it keeps track of my pulse heartbeat steps and even my sleeping pattern.

I love that I get reminders to move, quick glance at my steps,heart rate and my calendar too! It is so worth the up grade!

I like how the battery last up to 5 days. The band is comfortable and I like that I get notifications off my phone.

I wear this tracker 24/7. I like the way it tracks steps and stairs. I monitor my sleep, water and weight.

I loved my Fitbit Charge HR, and this one is better in every regard. Great accuracy, can often go 1 week between charges.

Charge 2 replaced my Samsung Gear 3. Battery life is so much better. Get my notifications for calendar and texts.

I've used other fitbit products and liked them but was a bit concerned that a wrist tracker would be inconvenient. Turns out it is not bad at all. It's nice to have a watch again and the connection with my phone means I don't miss as many calls anymore. Fitness functions are great, heart rate monitor works well for me. The latest update (which installed with out a hitch) adds a battery meter which is a nice addition. If it were water proof (it is not) so I could swim with it, it would be perfect.

I've had the Fitbit charge HR for almost 2 years before upgrading to this one. While I had no real complaint about the old one, this one is better in everything. The exterior look is more up-to-date, the display is bigger, the charging is better and overall, it is functioning better than the old model. I got so attached and used to it so I am wearing it almost all the time. It is nice to have a health monitor that can track activities and heart health. I am totally recommending this!
