My wife and I bought these because we had the original Fitbit flexs when they came out but wanted something with more features. We liked the motivating aspect of this device, because it reminds you to get up and move! My biggest issue is the battery life. 4 days isn't that long... when it dies and I have to charge it, I forget about it and put on a normal watch. I didn't wear mine for 2 weeks because of this problem. If the battery would be able to make it to 6 days, then it would be easy to charge it on the weekend and it would be ready to go when Monday comes around.

Easy to set-up and use. App works well. Should have gotten a darker color, the band gets dirty.

I bought an Apple Watch for my girlfriend and we ended up swapping it out for this Fitbit. This is perfect for anyone who wants a watch for just fitness and health without distractions.

I like this fit bit better than the last one I had. It is easier to read and has notices to keep me going.

This is a good product, it has a long battery life and does a good job tracking my activity. Also durable

I have an apple watch and love that but it doesn't track my sleep. Steps track perfectly as well as sleep.

I'm happy with the Fitbit Chrg 2, but since unit doesn't come with instructions, it is a bit of a learning curve. It's a very attractive unit, more so if you swap out the manufacture included band and opt for many cooler options out there. The only surprise with unit is you might forget it will also let you know of incoming texts, which somehow still catches me off guard. It has a lot of features that still need more time spent with, but I think I figured out the step counter actually just counts movement, so watch your arms while sitting or they will be added as steps.

This replaces my original Fitbit and has more features and is easier to use plus you can change the bands

Awesome fitness tracker. Works great! Was a great Christmas gift and is well used! Also had a great experience at Best Buy, got the information I needed when choosing the right tracker.

This has been a durable & useful product so far. Easy to use & overall seems quite accurate.

Great for all the usual fitness tracking. I also like the way it notifies me if I have a phone call or text.

Love the way the device works. Keeps me motivated to walk. Like being able to check heart rate.

I use it mostly for tracking walking and stairs. I like that it also tells time and measures my pulse.

This is a very good tracker. It is rather accurate for steps and the sleep tracking is helpful too so you get better goals for sleeping.

I have had other Fitbit products which I managed to lose. This one is good for staying on my wrist. The band did wear out and had to be replaced with a third party one from an online source. The behind the scene software has improved and the app for my smartphone pairs quite well to supply me with activity information. Probably a newer version should be purchased by anyone buying a Fitbit watch now,

Having started with the Fitbit One almost 4 years ago, I finally decided to make the leap to the Charge 2 primarily for the heart rate capability and the ability to wear the tracker on my wrist for sleep tracking. Overall its a great product that just works. Heart rate tracking is accurate enough for an amateur athlete like myself and the sleep tracking works very well. The screen is wonderfully bright and clear. You won't regret this purchase.

I originally purchased the Charge 2 but could not get it to connect to any device. I returned it and got the Alta HR. No problems, works great and does exactly what I want it to do.
