As a buyer new to the "fitness tracking", I enjoy this product. It does everything that it says it will do, but when mowing on a riding mower, it will count steps and flights. I must remove it before mowing. The same goes for riding in a golf cart. It will also count some steps in a car, but not as many. I'm guessing that the rougher the ride, the more steps will be counted. The heart monitor seems accurate (at least it is within a couple bpm of my elliptical's heart rate monitor.) Overall, I believe it is a good product.

It works great. Easy quick delivery. I ordered the wrong size & took it to the store for a super easy exchange. Great service. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my second Fitbit Charge HR. It is holding its charge for around 6 days. I like the screen size. It is larger than the older model and easier to read the screen. The texts come in but I haven't been able to read the entire text. I am able to see who it is from and read the first few words. I'm not sure if I am missing out on the full functionality or if it is just that I don't know how to do it!

Love, love this new FitBit! The quality and longevity of this model is hugely improved from the last FitBit Charge HR. I'm a marathoner running 40-ish miles per week, and the previous model would only last me 3-4 months before petering out (from what I presumed was due to sweat damage). This one is 6 months in, going strong! The band is also less irritating, even when wet. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my daughter because, my son has one and I was tired of loaning my Apple Watch to my daughter. It fits her well, and she’s only eight. A year later, and she’s still using it regularly. It was simple to setup, I just wish that there wasn’t a rule about kids being able to use it under the age of 13 because of the social mwdia portion of the device.

Bought this for my wife to replace her Charge HR which had to be charged more frequently and was not as good as the Charge 2. She is pleased with this one.

I love the charge 2. Really functional and is easy to set up and use. Very accurate.

I had had a fitbit plain jane years ago and after having a baby I decided I needed to start tracking my activity and using a heart rate monitor to track my HIIT workouts. This is great and I love that it is a watch too because now I don't forget to put my watch on. I haven't gotten into the heart rate usage yet, but I really like the sleep monitoring as well. Helpful information when you have a newborn.

My wife has this product and she does like it. She is not extremely technical and was a little frustrated when initially setting it up, but with a little help, she got it to do everything she wanted and likes it very much.

I've never had a wearable fitness tracker before, so I was skeptical. but I love it! I have had it a week and have had no issues, the battery last about 4 days because I have extra notifications set up. I love that it constantly tracks your heart rate and that you can pick to choose to track different exercises/machines at the gym. Highly recommend to anyone who goes to the gym on a regular basis.

I really like that my Fitbit measures my heart rate and tracks my sleeping patterns.

I had the Fitbit Flex. I upgraded because the Charge 2 was on sale. I love that I get my text messages/phone calls on my wrist, in case phone isn't near.

Good motivator to get your 10,000+ steps in a day, also like the heart rate monitor.

This version is my third and by far the best one yet. My first charge died because the band wore out. Then I bought the waterproof one with the pebble that could be worn in different ways - that one didn't work well. Now the Charge 2 - great! The band wore out and I was able to purchase another band - stainless steel to dress it up ($10) and leather in any color I want ($13)

I like it a lot better than my previous Fitbit. It seems to work and charge bettering
