Great product that is easy to use. The material of the band makes it comfortable to wear and easy to get used to wearing it. The only thing I hate about it is that it does not have an OFF feature or button. The product can be rebooted though. Also I have no problem getting the device to sync to my iPhone.

Love my Apple Watch but this Fitbit Charge2 is a perfect way to track if you run stairs and quick heart rate check. More comfy to sleep with on your wrist too while your watch is charging. Love the new bands you can get too

I had this fitbit for almost two years now. It still works! It still works well with the fitbit app and allows me to see my heart rate, calories burned, etc. I am going to upgrade just because I want something new, not because I need to buy a new one. Good product

This Fitbit does everything I need. I love using it as a watch with a calendar in addition to all the other great functions. Only drawback is having a rubber band that can get stinky if you don't rinse it frequently.

I love my FitBit, it is very helpful and the app is easy to use. I have replaced my Fit Bit more than one time because it crashed. I did purchase the BestBuy extened warranty which meant I only needed to return it to the store for replace meant, but I would be great if it was a little more reliable.

The design and functionality of this new Fitbit is much better than my previous "Charge" model. Being able to change the plastic wristband to a metal wristband is one of the greatest improvements in my opinion. Overall, I'd say Fitbit has made some great customer-focused decisions with this upgraded model.

This watch is awesome to keep you motivated for working out. It's light weight. Using the Fitbit app you can join challenges and support groups for a consistent workout. Tracks your sleep as well as weight loss goals.

I purchased this item for my wife. Replaced the Samsung gear 2 shed had. The watch fits really nice and snug. The band will not open up like the Samsung. Really impressed with the features. Plus works with Amazon Alexa.

The product worked as advertised and Fitbit as a company continues to improve its wrist strap technology by offering a way to change these for color or as they age. Battery life is good at least 4-5 days before charging.

Bought this as a gift for my mom after having one myself since November. She loves it! It's nice to have a watch that tracks steps, sleep and other health related features that are visible through the app on your phone.

I bought this for my wife who is not great with technology. It is easy to use and easy to learn about its features, so my wife loves it, especially this color. The only downside I can find to the product so far is that it does not have an "OFF" switch or "OFF" function at all...until the battery is dead.

It had help me become motivated to work out more. Since I got my Fitbit I have been walking more, paying more attention to what I eat and how often I should eat. The hook up was easy. The battery last for 3/4 days at a time.

Awesome Fitbit! Love the color! I love that you get text messages on it, tho texting back on the device would be nice! Tracks your steps, heartbeat etc! Also you can buy other straps to change it up! Price was good!
