What a great way to keep track of breathing, sleep patterns, calories, etc...all why challenging yourself against friends or others. Oh, and it keeps time too.

Loved that this is happy medium to the larger watch size. I have smaller wrists so this is a nicer alternative for me! Love that you can change out the bands!

I can even check my sleeping patterns, do some relaxing and it notifies me when to move around, besides all the workout features. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!

Unlike the predecessor, this one hasn't given me a rash. Love how you can change out the wrist bands to match your outfit. The battery life is greatly improved!

Coupled with your smart phone this does everything you need. Seems very accurate on step and distance count. Biggest drawback is that it is only splash proof not water proof. Make sure you take if off before you shower.

It is an excellent fitness partner. Not only does it track my steps, it keeps me going. If I want, it reminds me to take 250 steps each hour during the day.

Having it link to my email and text is very handy to quickly see who and what message is without having to pull phone out. It tracks all my activities well, except still uncertain about heart rate and sleep tracking accuracy.
