If you need bells and whistles then get Apple or Garmin. If u just need basic stats then 160 for Fit Bit is OK. Band picks up dirt from skin easily with light blue teal band. Charge is good.

This fitness tracker does everything it advertises. Big easy to read display. Very comfortable. Even tracks your sleep.

I purchased this a few days ago and have been using it ever since. I have to say, I am not entirely thrilled with the device and am considering exchanging it for something else. I used to have the Garmin Vivofit and loved it. It was similar to the Alta as it was slim and showed all of your stats, time, phone alerts etc... across the band. However, after about 6 months the light on it started dimming and eventually disappeared, which was a shame because everything else about the watch was pretty perfect. I recently joined a new gym and thought I should get back into my fit lifestyle so I decided to get a Fitbit. I've been using this for the past few days and am a bit disappointed in a few things. First, I don't feel that the exercise tracking is all that accurate. It is a bummer that there aren't more activity functions to choose from. I love to go to Spin class and was surprised that it was not an option. So after my class, I was shocked to see that after biking 11 miles for 40 minutes, the stats said I'd only biked half a mile for a total of 30 minutes. What the heck? However, it did calculate my calories burned correctly. Just doesn't make sense. My other gripe is that it's pretty bulky and honestly not very comfortable. I almost feel like I have a bruise underneath wear it sits because it's just large and ill-formed. Lastly, I've had this on for just under two days and saw on the app today that the battery is below halfway charged, which leads me to believe that it won't stay charged for 5 days since I've really barely used it. I may try the Alta or just go back to the Vivofit and see if perhaps the one I got was flawed. Goodluck if you buy this!

I love my Fitbit and it's great that I can get notifications from calls or texts in case I didn't hear the phone.

I have one and she kept after me for her own. Her Blaze is nicer than my charge Hr. Easy to use and she loves the notifications

Keeps me accountable for my daily exercise. If I look down and see 2500 steps at like 3 in the afternoon- I start moving! Makes me realize how much better I feel when I hit that 10,000 mark!

Previously I had an Apple Watch that I only used for steps, heart rate, and some messages. This watch does the same thing with a sturdier design. I love the interchangeable bands.
