Simply Amazing!

I really like the accountability and the periodic reminders to keep me active. Especially since I work a desk job and can spend well over half the day at my desk. I love that it gives me an overview of how I'm doing which in turn makes it easy for me to switch up my habits to ensure that I keep working towards my overall goals.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sleep tracker is good if u aren't sure of how u r sleeping. it does notify u of text and calls, wish it was a little louder when doing that.I got more bands to pretty the watch up on eBay. make sure you log it into your smart phone and computer...may be a little tricky to do for some. still working great today 4/2020
