Replaced a HR with this model. Has better screen and more features and the small band is larger and doesn't make my skin break out. Great product. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is : It does not come with a dongle and have not been able to Sync/see it with my desktop fitbit program. It works fine with my phone. Also It sends out a lot stronger signal than the old HR so if you have more than one fitbit close to the software program, will see both of them

Compared against another brand, the Fitbit Charge 2 more consistently counted steps, but was unfortunately not as comfortable on my small wrist. I was always aware of the sensor area on the back of the watch, so could not wear it to sleep. The band material was not as comfortable as a competing brand. It is greatly improved over the previous Charge in that the band can be changed and the design does not seem to cause as much stress so the strap appears to hold better.

Bought the Fitbit Charge2 to replace my older Charge (which fell apart within 1 yr). I like the Oled display (much brighter and easier to read than old model), and like being able to see more info at a glance. Miss being able to easily see number of miles walked, rather than just steps. Like seeing text messages when my phone rings, easily letting me know who is calling when I'm in a meeting with volume shut off. All in all, a good and worthwhile item.

Highly recommend piece of handwear. Values are really accurate
