Decided on this model for my first fitness tracker because of the easy to read screen. Love the additional features of heart rate, text notification and sleep stage tracking. I love the reminders and the success notifications. It is fun to feel it buzz and show rockets and fireworks for achieved step goals. I bought the small size for my small wrist and it fits perfectly leaving 2 more notches to go smaller if needed. Very happy with my choice.

I've been a loyal user of the original Fitbit Flex and really love this recent upgrade to the Frostbit Charge 2. The digital screen is easy to read and easy to use. Reminders tell me when I need to move or add steps to get to my daily step goal. The time is quick and easy to check with a flex of the wrist. I love the fact that I can see my heart rate anytime and can check the total hours of sleep. I also purchased the leather band -- love it, as well.

Received this for Christmas to replace the Fitbit Charge I had been wearing for the past two years. I really like this newer model with the bigger screen - the notifications that show text messages on screen is convenient as well. I like the fact that you can change out the band. Bigger display/screen will show scratches, so one thing I do recommend is buying a screen protector for the Charge 2. - Yes, they do make them. All around - great product.

I had the Charge HR for about 2 years before buying this product and this is the 3rd Fitbit product I have owned. Overall I am very happy and one of the key reasons I chose this model was because you can replace the band. The strap on my old HR broke and because it was fully self contained the only way to make up for the broken band was to buy a completely new item. I'm also very happy with the functionality and the overall display appearance. My daughter has the Blaze but I'm happier with the smaller more slender profile of the Charge 2. I would definitely recommend this product to others

I bought this or my wife's Christmas present. I could not have selected a better present. She loves it and follows the recommendations for being active and reviewing her sleep cycles. This is our first Fitbit and set up was not difficult, we are both senior citizens and were able to direct the Geek Squad free installation person during most of the installation. They really should have someone that knows the product being set up.

keeps my moving, tracks heart rate, sleeping, fluid intake, etc. Haven't learned all that it can do yet.

I had a Fitbit HR and loved how it gave me the incentive to set goals. After it broke, I decided to get a Fitbit HR 2. Best decision I could have made. I love the display, it is so reader friendly and the band fits so much better than the Fitbit HR. My husband and I reach our goals almost everyday and we have both lost weight. It really is a product that I am proud to wear and the information we get from it helps us live healthier lives.

Purchased this for the heart rate tracker. I had the Alta but loved the extra features this one has.

So far the HR2 seems to be doing a fine job, it is syncing with my phone when I want it to, I like how when you look at the time you can also see how many steps, that in it self would be great motivator to some who may not think about pushing a button or even tapping to check how active they have been. I have had the "One" (actually 2), Charge HR, and now the Charge HR2. and the HR2 is by far the best. I would have given it 5 stars but I have only had it about a week and that is not long enough to know if something that cost over $100 deserves 5 stars, it could stop working next month.

This was a replacement for a previous fitbit that I purchased. The heart monitor wasn't working. The return was easy and I exchanged for this unit. Works great, I'm very satisfied

It's so much more accurate then the Fitbit flex with the steps. Shows heart rate and resting rate.
