I purchased for my 11 year old and she loves the big screen and all the features. Easy to set up.

I have had it now for over a year. I did have an issue with the band after about 11 months. The band came unglued on one side. Best Buy told me to contact Fit Bit which I did. I sent pictures of the problem. I was sent a new band. Best Buy also did a price match after I purchased it. This product gives me encouragement to want to get my 10,000 steps each day I am pleased with BEST BUY with this purchased

It is a stylish and effective watch/tracker. Comfortable, sleek look, has the perfect size, and does what it needs it to. And great battery life as well.

Bought it as a gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Have since bought replacement bands which are a snap to switch out. She wears it every day with no complaints.

I purchased this for my wife as a birthday present because we just had our first child nd she wanted to start being active again. Within a couple of days she was saying how happy she was when the watch prompted her to be more active. She is always leaving her phone around the house and really likes how she can still receive her messages and knows when a phone call comes in. She has yet to give a bad comment.

I bought this for my son's birthday gift and he loves it. I also love the new removable band. We have had issues with defective bands in the past where the band will disconnect from the tracker. Luckily, we have not lost our Fitbits as a result. Also, Fitbit customer service is great and will replace the band if it is still under warranty. The app for Fitbit is great as well. All in all, a great purchase.

Though I researched products before deciding on the Fitbit Charge 2, I was pleasantly surprised by some of the features I did not expect.. Connecting it to my iPhone created an even more functional training tool that is easy to use and incredibly helpful in tracking my fitness goals. I enjoy the fireworks and fanfare when I meet my goals. It's a little thing, but it also motivates and helps me celebrate my accomplishments.

I bought this for my daughter since she has developed a heart issue and this has been a great tool to use since we don't have the ability to carry an EKG around with us.
