I bought the Fitbit Charge HR to replace the Fitbit Flex that died in a pop up rain storm. In under 2 years of moderate use the HR band split, charing port broke, and that was after replacing the charger because it would not charge. The flex was under 2 years old also. I love the app, and the Fibits when they work, but at this point I am going to have to find a differnt brand to use. I would highly suggest getting the extended warrenty or going with a different brand all together.

Great Fitness Tracker! Perfect for someone who wants a full featured fitness tracker but not a full out smart watch.

I like my fitbit would recommend to my friends the only problem I am having is the band keeps coming off on one side

This is my 3rd generation of Fitbit. I love the community and motivstion it provides. The Charge 2 has all the features I need/want in an easy to read display. I also love that I can change bands! My only minor complaint is that the hard/solid tracker part is just a little too wide for my wrist. So I have to wear it higher, above the wrist bone (like they recommend for exercise heart rate tracking) all the time. Otherwise this has been a great product and I am very pleased!!

My wife is diabetic and this helps to control her sugar level as well as how many steps she needs on a daily basis.

Keeps me on task with my steps. Especially love the call/text message alerts when my phone is not near.

My son loves it. I had to go back to my Fitbit (was using a Nixon Mission) so I could compete with him. Fun!

Great gadget! Bought a new band as the plastic one that it comes with is stiff and hot. Good motivational tool!

This is the perfect fitness tracker!!! It’s only downside is the bands easily break after a good 6 months!

Much better battery life than previous activity tracker. Not as detailed on sleep but not a big deal on that point.

I love my fitbit. I reviewed other activity trackers and I liked everything that the charge 2 does, I especially like that it has a heart rate monitor and text notifications .

for steps its great, but for stairs tracking its not so great but i love it either way because of the smaller screen

I would recommend this fit bit to anyone who has sleeping issues or would like to monitor daily activity.
