It is very basic and doesn't have too many specifics on it but it does come in handy especially with the app( the app could use a couple improvements) but the only thing about the actual fit bit that is annoying is you cannot check the battery life. you have to look at your phone or plug it in to see if it needs to be charged.

Works as intended

I thought I took far more so I am not sure of its accuracy, but I am not about to start counting myself. Check your health insurance plan. I get a Family discount off my insurance for 8K plus step per day average and the steps are automatically fed into my provider via the app. Pretty Cool
