I absolutely love this Fitbit. It exceeded my expectation and it has been wonderful. Wish I had bought it sooner. The strap doesn’t last more than a year and a half with every day wear but they are so inexpensive to replace it’s a nonissue.

The tracker works well, except for the heart rate feature. That is a bit erratic when tracking during exercise. Tends to spike during sudden changes in activities. During normal moderate conditions it is quite accurate. In general an okay item, but not a lot better than the regular Charge model that I had before.

Good but the belt leeps breaking and no more warrenty offered

Originally picked up the Flex 2. After a week found it just did not give me enough info. Exchanged for the Charge 2 and love it! It gives me more information. I do miss the better fit from the narrow Flex but need more complexity from the device. I like being able to use it like a true mobile device. Well worth it to exchange up! Only complaint is how wide it is and it does get sweaty.

The new HR feature is very good. Charging time is quicker then pervious model.

The fitbit tracker works perfectly. Setup was simple and works with both iPhone and galaxy phones almost flawlessly. Occasionally the phone notification doesn't alert but texts and some Google alerts (android) come through just fine. App is great for tracking stats and syncs effortlessly.

I have worn a Fitbit Charge HR for 2.5 years. I needed to replace it and selected the Fitbit Charge 2. The functions are pretty much the same and they are all I need and want (I don't need to read texts on my watch, for example). The biggest improvement is the OLED display. I love it.

My wife had the previous model of this Fitbit and she loved it, it just had a knack for falling apart. I was hesitant about getting this one, but I can say hat I'm impressed by its durability. Also it's ability to do challenges with friends is a wonderful way to get exercise while competing with friends, family, and coworkers. This product eased my mind about future Fitbit purchases.

Great tracker, doesnt sync well using Go Sms Pro but it's still pretty accurate

This fitness tracker meets my needs and then some. I wear it at all times - I love the heart rate tracking when I run, and the sleep data is great. The small measures 7 inches when laid on flat connected on the last hole (the band is removable which makes this possible).The tracker itself is about an inch long.
