The Charge 2 reads, records, and graphs your biometrics way better than previous models. The problem is that after fixing the constantly breaking charger connection of the HR, now you get a replaceable strap that breaks off. I have had it replaced under warranty twice in the first six months

I wear it during day and track my activity and pulse rate. Seems, to be accurate,. It is good to know how many steps I take daily and the number of calories I burn each day. Also, I need to learn a little bit more about what the watch is capable of doing.

I am always trying to buy gifts that have meaning and conducive to whomever it is for. The Fitbit fitted perfectly into the diet regiment for my girlfriend. She loves it the simple and easy application that allows her to interact with her facebook also. Great product.

This is just wonderful. Track everything I need plus some more. I have not worn a watch for over 15 years, but with the FitBit, it has many other uses. I enjoy being able to link my Charger 2 to my iPhone7 and downloading the Fitbit App. BIG BROTHER KNOWS EVERTHING NOW!

This is my all time favorite watch. There is so many different accessories you can pair with it, you will never get bored of it! I absolutely love seeing my step goals met at he end of the day, it’s little victories that are important in our everyday lives!

I originally had the Alta and loved it but wanted more with my tracker so I upgraded to the Charge 2. It does absolutely everything I wanted it to do and more. Only downfall is it doesn't have a battery monitor. You have to sync it to your phone to see the battery level.

This is a good product, it was a gift for my wife who uses it daily. Her biggest complaint is that it will not measure her footsteps while having her hands on the grocery cart. All the steps she misses. Other than that she is very happy.

This was a Christmas gift from my wife that she really wanted, not only was I able to find a color that she wanted but it was also a great price during this Christmas season, I am very satisfied with honey recommend anyone looking for a Fitbit to come to Best Buy.

So far I'm 100% satisfied with this unit, and it seems to sync faster with my iPhone than the HR. The only thing I would suggest is you get a cover for the display, or use some clear shipping tape on it (it's what I use) to prevent scratching the plastic display. Less

Brought this Fitbit for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. She loves achieving the different goals and keeps track of it on her iPad. The small size band was perfect for her with her little wrist. Definitely a great purchase that I may now get me one.

I love my new Fitbit charge 2 and it's changeable colored bands. I bought black, teal, plum and blue to match every color option for evenings. They look lovely and best of all I can see a summary of my exercise whenever I want to. Keeps me striving to do more.

My last fitbit broke and it was the 1st Gen so when we took it back to the store they only had the 2nd Gens available. The upgrade is amazing! It's a lot more easier to navigate between the different settings and I can see more of the info I want on the home screen.

I like that the Fitbit schnichronizes with my Smart Phone Not only am I getting all of the information about my physical fitness, but I can see weho is trying to contact me while I am active. I can even read the beginnings of a text message,(all while staying active!)

My first Charge 2 wouldn't sync properly with my phone. When I returned it to Best Buy, the salesman promptly replaced it, synced it to my phone and showed me how to use it. His service was amazing. The second unit works great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I had to replace my original purchase. My Best Buy experience exceeded 5 stars.
