The only bad thing I would say is they need to get a better band.

Bought a 2nd one for collage age granddaughter. Collage freshman grandson was so happy with his, granddaughter wanted one. She is very happy with it especially the setup that allows her to get all the info she wants on one screen. No cons as far as she is concerned.

This is the 3rd version of Fitbit I have owned. I have had the Flex, Charge HR and now the Charge 2! I love the screen the most as they have evolved from nothing to basic to very cool. I would recommend FitBit to anyone who wants to keep track of their fitness goals!

I have to say out of all my reviews for Best buy I have never given them anything but a five. Everything I purchased from them has been awesome, everything we expect and more. My son loves the tracker

Bought this for a Christmas present for the fiancée. She was really wanting something to track her heart rate and more but she didn't want to spend the money on an Apple Watch. Was everything she was looking for in a fitness band but also a smart watch! Very pleased.

It works, 10 pounds lost and still going! The food tracker is the best. I have small wrists and don't wear a wrist watch so wearing this has been a big change for me. It's a little bigger than I wanted but at the time they didn't have the heart rate feature on the Alta. So if you are a smaller person you might want to check out the Alta with heart rate.

Fantastic gift idea. We bought it for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She's a server, so she's constantly moving around. It's been great for helping her track her fitness, but she's been mostly excited she's able to view messages directly from the fitbit screen.

Worked quite well for counting and going to the gym more.

I really like the band better than the first fit bit, however it will read that I have walked 310 steps while I am sleeping. I said yes that I would recommend this product only because they do not have an option that says I am not sure yet. It is still a bit too soon to tell since I have only been using it for a week, I just received it as a birthday gift.

I received my Fitbit Charge 2 as a gift and thought it may be complicated to use however was pleasantly surprised how easy the set up was. I have been diligently tracking my progress for weeks with plenty of data to compare each week. I highly recommend the product.

I had the original fit bit that didn't have the regular watch like closure, this one is so much nicer. I love that I can see my blood pressure and the additional features. Great motivation. Fit bit challenges get you moving especially if your competitive . Love it!

I love how this Fitbit would sycn all my workout activity without me having to manually track it. I loved the color. I loved how BestBuy cover this item and would replace it if needed.
