This is my second FitBit, had the Charge Basic model but the strap started falling apart after 18 months. I wore it 24/7. This one has changeable straps. Love the fact that I get notifications of phone calls and text messages from my IPhone via the Charge 2.

This was a gift. I never would have purchased this for myself, but now that I have it, I'm really liking it. I like that it reminds me to get up and move while I'm sitting at my desk. It helps motivate me. I have a small wrist so it's a little more bulky than I care for, and it bothers me when I'm sleeping. Other than that, I'm liking it very much!

Purchased the Fibit Charge 2 as a gift for my wife. She's not good with new technology but the Fitbit was easy for her to setup and begin use. What a relief! She wears it constantly and finds the interface simple and easy. I recommend the Fitbit for purchase.

but it wasn't for my wife, didn't everything asked of it well. Now on the other hand my daughter has one and it broke early on, The customer service was OUTSTANDING the best i ever had! Replaced no questions asked would differently buy their producst again!

I have never purchased any of these devices, and I wasn't sure if I really thought it was a good purchase for me. I LOVE IT! I love the app and look up my information all the time. This is a great product and very helpful and informative. Easy to use also.

I upgraded to a fitbit Charge 2 from a Fitbit Ulta HR. The Ulta was more narrow which I liked but the length of it on my small wrist always bothered me. My Charge 2 is wider but lengthwise on my wrist is shorter making it more comfortable.

I enjoy it so far. It accurate and keeps me focus on my goals

I bought this as a gift, and the recipient was extremely pleased ! A very helpful tool for anyone trying to be more healthy and active ! These things will only get better over time. This is a great start ! Next time I'll get one for myself ! You should too !

I actually love this product, I love being able to use my Fitbit for seeing my phone calls and such. But being able to see my sleep habits and compete with my friends and family to see who does more makes this thing pinnacle. We are a very competitive bunch.

Bought this for my daughter in college. I can check her steps on line to see her progress. It is a great tool to keep track of daily activity. If weight loss and exercise is your goal, this is a must-have! Highly recommended ... oh, and my daughter loves it.

Works well, I like that I can keep track of my steps.

Good way to monitor eating and exercise. It really does encourage me to take the steps more often. I have had this 2 weeks and I am down 5 pounds. And taking stairs is getting easier and easier. The 2 things I don't like are the tap scrolling does not work as well as it should, and it sometimes takes a while to communicate with my tablet.

Wanted this specifically bc the color on the website and box looked real nice and fancy but it was not, it was actually darker lavender and the material was cheap looking, I would skip this and go with a regular color like black bc it's not worth the extra 40$ for the band

This is my second Fitbit. I had the flex first but received the Charge 2 for Christmas and I cannot leave home without it. I never knew how badly I needed a watch until I had this on my wrist. Not only can I glance at the time, but I can see who is calling and read my texts without having to get my phone. I don't think the heart rate is accurate
