Living my Fitbit!

Much more information that the previous models, light, easy to read and also water resistant. The charger is so much better than before and display bigger. Totally satisfizo with this product.

Unfortunate disappointment

But it stopped working after a few days it would not charge. Tried several online troubleshooting. Fitbit support offered to only replace the watch and not the charger (in other words, no complete package) or provide 50% discount towards another model. Fitbit is missing an opportunity at great customer service satisfaction with only meeting the client half way. Product looks great, just wish it was a better quality.

Better than the original

Better functionality, larger screen and different mechanisms make it more user friendly and durable. Would recommend.

Good tracker

The app shows very detailed sleep stages, better than other companies. I don’t like the display a show to read the info. I bought the Samsung Watch that is much better in design and readability.

Great activity tracker

When FitBit came out with the Charge 2 I immediately went for an upgrade. Although, I had no problem with the Flex the screen and multiple activity tracker that is offered by the Charge 2 caught my attention.

Not great for aerobics

I tighten the wrist strap, but when I'm really going, I know my heart rate is at least 140-160 and it will show as 110 or something low. I may work better if you're using it for exercise that doesn't involve so much erratic arm movement like running.
