I had the first generation Fitbit for several years and i enjoyed it very much. They have added many new features to this one and have improved the overall quality of it. Looking for a fitness tracker this is the way to go.

Great upgrade from my Fitbit One. However, it is a little large for a woman's wrist. Also, I am left handed and wear it on my right wrist. The button faces outward toward my hand and catches on shirt sleeve cuffs, etc. Apparently it cannot be flipped so that the button is on the arm side instead of the hand side.

I like my fitbit except for one small detail. No matter how I adjust the band, I find that it is very, very uncomfortable to wear. I have a small wrist and sometimes it is even painful. I not longer sleep with it on. I have take the band off, and am now carrying the fitbit in my pocket to see if it works as good.

I had the Charge HR before I purchased this upgraded version. It's definitely a great upgrade. I love how I can change the bracelets and the customized workouts. It was definitely a great buy. I can't live without my Fitbit Charge 2!

Bought for my wife, she loves being able to track her activities and be able to set alarms and know if someone is calling or when she receives a text so she doesn’t have to carry her phone around in her pocket.

Great product, this is my second Fitbit Charge 2, got the other as a gift for my mother. The user friendly phone app and Fitbit make this product worth it. Overall, I've gotten two and I will most likely buy another for my brother.

I bought this Fitbit as an upgrade from the One. This version has the option to get a reminder to move around during the day if you haven't gotten 250 steps for the hour. It has really helped me in be as still during the work day.

Charge 2 is a good activity tracker. The straps could wore out soon and break based on your usage. If that’s within warranty period, you would get replacement for free but may not be the color you like.

The best motivator to keep moving and stay fit. I feel guilty if I don’t meet my daily goals. The steps seem to be quite accurate and I have compared the pulse to other devices and they are plus or minus 1 apart.

I purchased this device as a replacement for my wife. The band broke on her previous fitbit and the device fell off somewhere. I had the same issue with my fitbit, except I found it. The device is a great fitness tracker, but the wristbands are not that sturdy where they connect to the device.

Great for a fitness beginner. The steps are not always accurate. Strap doesn’t fit as well as I’d like which sometimes interferes with heart rate accuracy. The light is bright when I move my wrist at night when I try to sleep with it so I’ve stopped wearing it to bed. Otherwise ok for money.

My daughter uses this and its great to get your activity tracked but it also shows text messages wihich is helpful because I can reach her at school and work without getti g her in trouble for using her poo hone.

I really like my Fitbit Charge 2. My current problem that I have now is that I am not 100% sure if this product was the perfect fit for me. Product is great and no complaints. Just make sure that when picking out a device that you pick one best for you and to do research.

Purchased this Fitbit and it works just as expected. The band is attractive and comfortable. Also, Fitbit's customer service is great. I have contacted them before on other Fitbit products and they are always responsive and helpful.

I purchased the Charge 2 for my wife and she really enjoys it. She likes the changing of the bands she can change the bands to match what she is wearing. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for this type of device.

I love having this fitbit. It is a great tool for keeping track of everything from steps, to exercise, water consumption, etc. I am enjoying it more and more. Keeps me moving with notifications. I would highly recommend this item.

This one also has more features, lots of improvements and the new packaging is a lot nicer. Theres a magnet in the flap of the box. it's so cool. I'm still learning all about this one. But it is more comfortable then the HR for me.

We had a difficult time getting the unit to sync with the computer. Spent an hour and a half with Kevin at Best Buy (Garland TX) - HE WAS AWESOME!!! He was patient and determined to get this thing set up for us. Purchased for my Mom of 82 and she LOVES IT...vibrates and reminds her to Move...LOL Thank you Best Buy.

Really like the fitness watch especially the reminders to get up and move each hour. Only downfall is that you sometimes have to make the watch wake up so you can get the time. Definitely like the watch and think it is worth it.

I had a Fitbit Charge for 2 years and when the Charge 2 came out I wanted to upgrade. I was not disappointed. I love everything about it! I especially like the fact that if I get a text message now, I can see that too!
